Killing the same boss over and over isn't really going to encourage him to come. Kill each boss at least once, then don't play assassinate missions for awhile. When he comes, pay attention to what boss he's pissed that you killed then re-kill that boss afterward.

The highest rate percentage is based on having killed a boss and how [B]low[/B] your level is. The lower your frame's level, the more likely he is to appear.

Shit, my Rhino is almost 30 and I've only had him for two days. I've got a Forma in the oven though so I'm probably just going to reset him tomorrow.
Whack the highest level boss you have available right before you forma him and then forma and then wait a session (log out, stop playing, whatever) The next session will have pretty high chances of appearance.

Currently they seem to be pushing it in the right direction. Armor piercing will be more situational instead of the standard on all weapons, elemental damage will have effects tied to crits and they are aiming at making the armor curve less ridiculous. I really hope they also remove armor on the infested ancients and give them a weakness to fire, the ancients are the reason fire damage isn't viable at all.
I also sort of hate the idea of every faction having some kind of tank. I like the idea of at least one of the factions just throwing lots and lots of weak creatures who together do lots of damage at you, it adds variety to gameplay with the different factions. Corpus used to be like that before the techs were introduced.

I don't think it's based on frame level only; many times I had a rank 30 frame and 2 unranked weapons on and the stalker would come to murder my sorry ass

i remain extremely skeptical about elemental damage only for crits.
we might end up with the same situation we have now, only instead of armor ignore it will be guns with innate high crit.

Nothing to do except farm for weapons to use to farm for more weapons.
Content has been pretty scarce after U10. In the last 3 weeks we've only gotten one new melee weapon and a lot of hot fixes.
Hopefully the new Sargas Ruk, and Corpus gas giant tileset are coming really soon.

If there is a polarity in the bar it means that has a polarity slot.
