It's the reason my games played have stopped, the latest few have had nothing I've wanted.

I'd say so. I definitely prefer it over the Lex.
The Seer has a higher rate of fire (2.0 vs 1.1), does 15 more damage, two more bullets per magazine, but reloads slightly slower (3.0 vs 2.35 for the Lex), cannot crit, and the projectiles have a travel time (albeit very fast - same speed as the Lanka at 200m/s).
so, ever since i had gotten my rhino, I've been looking for the vanguard helm. Since I have no platinum to purchase it, I thought i'd never get it.

Arcadia finally ended.
I now have the ability to craft 10 items which all have an improved version I can craft 10 of in 3 days.

Wow, so I guess this means that if people played their cards right, they could get a clan wep without being in a clan. That's nice I guess.

Yep.
Which is some bullshit, if I wasted my time fighting a hundred of the same missions I'd expect some decent compensation, not a BP for a weapon I never even wanted. At least like a potato or something.

It's one of the best primaries behind the soma late game. The fire damage does stack.
So done 80 missions and honestly its just a boring drag to do the last 20, guess I'll try to finish those off tomorrow. Would be easier to do if there were new missions with rewards.

not really, it's awfully boring but the rewards saved a few weeks of farming, especially for clan weapons.

Yeah, 50 would be fine. But [I]one-fucking-hundred[/I] missions? That's just stupid, and completely anti-fun. Especially when the event missions don't change very often.
it's actually really rad when you've got all your dudes on one side and all the other dudes on the other. there is just so much SHIT going on all over the place, there's little battles being fought between melee fighters, dudes are flanking and being flanked, shit's exploding, you're doing crazy backflips and slicing bros in half, everything is going fucking bananas. it really feels insanely hectic and out of control, but at the same time i'm always thinking about how i can turn the tide and you still feel powerful and important.
i really hope they find some way to incorporate its gameplay once the event is over, it's the funnest Warframe has been in a long time. not really fun enough to make the event worth it, but DAMN do i want to see more of it
Except you're playing the same two maps over and over again, and the AI really, really can't handle fighting each other.
