Prime is better.
But they both count for Mastery EXP, so getting both of them and selling Not Prime Frost once it hits 30 is good too.
oh cool i just noticed mods can be used on more than one mod slot now so you can just use a single mod for every frame/item instead of switching them out or getting a second copy.

You have always could done that(in open beta atleast), only restriction that they added after going open beta is that your frame and sentinel can't use same mods simultaneously.

uhhh no. i don't know how long you've been playing but ever since i took a hiatus (a short while after the sling-stone event) you could not reuse mods for other weapons/frames unless you took it out of whatever it was in or if you had a copy.

From what I remember that bit about Warframe kills is true, if you kill things with the Warframe you get Warframe XP.

Nobody really knows how is experience shared in groups. or what composes exp or bonus exp, or what white orbs do. One thing is for sure, the more enemies you bring down the more exp you get.

I think that ability kills gets divided for every weapon and warframe and weapon kills gets divided to weapon used and warframe. And kills made by allies gets divided to everything you own.
Been playing around with all new stuff for the past couple days. Loki, Flux Rifle, Seer, and Kama. All of them surprisingly kick tons of ass. Going invisible then wrecking everything with Kama is wicked fun.

Mag's pull no longer drops the enemy conveniently in front of you, so they may get in a radial blast before they actually get stunned. Short of that, do a jump slam with dual swords or daggers and then focus fire on it.

if you kill an entire mob with an ability all that exp goes directly to your warframe exp and nothing else.

First of all you will only be able to realistically build a new warframe after the partial completion of 5 planets, so get used to Loki.
Always save some energy to revive others.
Max invisibility first with fusion cores.
Pick up a viper or kraken for your first sidearm, stay away from the aklato with a 39 and a half foot penis.
Don't break windows.
Replace the mk1 braton with the normal braton or strun as soon as possible, or face death many times over.
There you go! Good luck.
And don't worry about joining a clan or doing void missions yet. You need a shitload of resources to build the things required to build what you want

I figured as much. I'm still a relatively new player, so I'm not that informed on the game as of yet.
I was thinking in more of the "Risk vs. Reward" department. For example, what if I spend more money on keys than the actual cost of a regular Frost warframe? Is it still worth it?
And I guess the good follow up question would be: what's a realistic time expectation for the remaining 2 blueprints to drop?
I haven't played in a while, have they made Nyx's idle anims look any less atrocious? I remember there were a whole bunch of ugly ones. I hope they got tweaked.
I miss the buzzsaw and accompanying noise the grineer sawblades used to have
