I'm going to guess icor will be slash + toxin by default.

While it was funny to fight level 50 Ambulas, I think the level curves should be kept as they are in order to provide less of a jump from normal gameplay to tier three void.
I also wish that they would put the pre-update lech kril in some alert missions, that would be very funny.
Also with the introduction of the Soma and the Galatine, perhaps a tier 4 is in order.

I like it because it slowly changes the gameplay the higher levels you attain.
An ability's worth level 60 and above is determined by the utility it offers the frame rather than the damage it does, except for certain frames (Which can be treated as casters for the most part) like Nova.
Also the level 30 notation makes 0 sense still, due to the existence of certain modification cards in conjunction with specific weapons. Aka critical hit dual viper builds that can be used to kill Hyena in 3 seconds.
That new corpus tileset looks better and better.

Also I am surprised they made a Sicarus Prime, I didn't think any knew the Sicarus existed.

I think you would be restricted to using the weapon's element + one other element

I'm not sure if I'm remembering right, but I think the highlights video for update 10 came out the day before it was released.
Ember Prime is one of the nicer looking primes. I was pretty disappointed with Mag Prime's look. Just finished building Ember though... At least now I'll get to figure her out beforehand.

Off the top of my head: Snipetron Vandal, Strun Wraith, Machete Wraith, and the Brakk handgun. Maybe a few mods, but I think some were made obtainable, so I can't recall which are which.
Like I said, the wiki's you're best bet. Its kept well up to date.
As for the dojo, it's been redesigned a couple of times, but I like the current layout best.
I believe all event mods except for Primed Chamber drop now, and I suspect the Brakk will get released later, purely because it's not a Wraith or Vandal weapon. There's also the Detron, but that was an either-or situation alongside the Brakk based on the winners of the last event.

You can, but they are prioritized. Fire > Cold > Electric > Toxin
If you want two effects, they have be in that exact order. Toxin's last now because it still ignores armor so you won't be able to make a double crawling DoT build with just fire and then corrosion
So say if you're using the synapse, and you want radiation, that's all you'll get because Fire out prioritizes everything else.
Basically, for most weapons, you'll be picking an impact type and a main damage type with a possible secondary effect.
Now I had voiced this in the DC as an issue to Steve himself, and he really didn't clarify it then because what would happen was pretty obvious. Instead of one weapon with a stacked build, now you'll just make three weapons with slightly stacked builds, which is actually the same damn thing.
You'll have an anti grineer rifle, and anti shield pistol and an anti infested DoT captain Vor plushie to smack things with.
They just split the one build system into the three build system. Weapons with high base damage will still be able to kill most enemies pretty handily, and occasionally, you'll have to switch one of them for a specific Boss that's weak to the one combo out of the four you didn't pick.
They just made the system they have artificially deep.

Nah, the buff is orange like rhino's and the debuff is blue like trinity's.
the enemy debuff is a part of the increased team melee damage.
the orange ring when she used the ability was her picking up a mod.
