Quick question: Do the ExPrime weapons contribute anything to rank or do they start maxed out?

Yeek, now here is the problem that I've no run into, I now have exactly enough blueprints to build enough warframes to fill up all of my slots. I will hit the wall soon, and this is not even remotely cool.
I would imagine Aftermath is going to have the same problem except a bit more serious unless he needs to rank up weapons.
i think the stamina gauge and how it's drained is very ass backwards
as is, sprinting uses more stamina than spamming melee.
should be the opposite, or even better, make it so sprinting has no stamina cost at all.
I learned pretty quick to spam short slides to never run out of stamina while sprinting
yeah but limited sprint feels very out of place in a game like warframe.
Kinda, but I never really find myself sprinting for long periods of time unless I'm going to extraction and everything's already dead.
i sprint a ton, mostly to kite enemies to choke points or to get my ass out of crowds of enemies when i'm underleveled.
Out of curiosity, how useful is retribution? Just recently found that I had gotten that one at some point, so I was wondering if it was worth equipping.
so, I've been on the prowl for a range mod to buff up my banshee's abilities, and I simply cannot find it.
does it drop more in a certain place, or by certain enemies? I just can't find it, and it's supposedly only uncommon.

Well, I got the Excalibur Prime Warframe and it starts unranked like every other stuff, so I guess they do add up for the Rank.

i would encounter a fucking stalker when i don't have my volt equipped and i'm trying to level up my alt frame.
My Latron on Level 8 is a nightmare. Level 19 enemies simply get hit so hard, even their mothers begin to cringe over it. Simply put a maxed Armor Piercing in it and watch as it rips through fucking everything.
I've ran like ten missions in a row and found no rubedo whatsoever
this is getting really boring
