The way I see it, each individual "commander" like Alad, Frohd or Darvo control their own portion of facilities while the "board" controls who gets funding for what projects.
Similar to how american corporations work in regards to the greater global economy. A single corporation is still a rival to another corporation, even if they both fall under "American" and both work under the same government. However, they also both see international corporations as rivals, and as such, can be viewed together as "the american market".

Different damage types. Now we have a bow for every damage type. Paris/Prime for Puncture, Dread for slash and Cernos for impact.
Also that [sp] Stalker battle was quite bad experience because I just had to shoot at him once with my brakk and he only stood there and looked at terminal.[/sp]

From what I pieced together, the Grineer may have formed on Earth, and conquered everything with swarms of cloned troopers. In fact, it seems they've forsaken reproduction entirely for cloning. And now they are genetic abominations barely fit to live who must augment themselves to hell and back.

Why is there no Aksicarus?
Just built a paris (first non-assault rifle) and bought a Sicarus (first Non-lato pistol!). The paris seemed to be quite enjoyable against the space marines... Then i tried it against corpus and cried the whole time.
Finaly fought the stalker through a ! mission. Disappointed that i couldn't replay the mission to get the other items. The bow's too expensive for me and i just built one.
Rank it 30 and sell it is then.
