So I spoke with DEMark and they gave me back my 3 helmets.
However they are not going to change the mechanics of the claiming system, so remember to clear your your stacks of excess after you claim the item.

I really do appreciate the offer but you don't gotta do that for me. I suppose it's a personal pride thing, I would rather wait until I roll a 50% off or better and buy the plat myself or try to game the trade channel and earn the plat that way than just have it handed to me because I complained on a forum. I already bought the necessary Valkyr's Bonds by selling mods (one dude even bought an unranked Speed Trigger off me for like 15p because he still didn't have one like 40 hours into the game and was desperate)

MOAs already have them, the Corups just had to stop manufacturing torsos and arms for the MOAs due to budget cuts.
