It doesn't for me, and combined with the floaty movement, it's fucking annoying.
It's not a huge problem but it keeps it at an alright ability insteadnofna good ability.
I finally got that ember build to work.

It looks much worse in his screenshot. it's significantly less eye-searing in-game.
I'm guessing it's because the color correction when you're on a damaged ship combined with the hysteria effect.
I take back what I said about Valkyr a while ago, I fucking love playing her now. Hysteria kicks ass and Warcry is great for fighting bosses, especially Ruk and Kril.

Try reseting the daily rewards. From personal experience I can tell that there's a higher chance for a discount on the lower tiers.
I still think it's pretty cool of DE to actually give you a chance of getting up to 75% off platinum.
It was this morning that I realised that my hopes of having frost prime before I go home for two weeks have been dashed, as while I may have just received the chassis blueprint (thus giving me all the parts), I had forgotten that I lacked a blueprint.

I kinda want to make Latron Prime. Also thinking of going after Fang Prime and maybe even Orthos Prime. My Glaive Prime is amazing though. Glaive was basically my only melee weapon (I would occasionally use my Kogake or Bo Staff but rarely) until they added Glaive Prime.
I wish they would make the Lato Prime drop in Void missions. I need a Prime secondary, and I have little interest in the Bronco Prime and I can't stand the Sicarus so Sicarus Prime I'd never use.
They should add corrupted mod that increases HP and decreases shields.
Bah, one component away from owning every Prime warframe. Dammit Frost.
I'd like to see Nightmare Auras that have two effects, but each one is reduced and/or the mod capacity boost it gives you is lessened.

then we need more mod slots, as mod slots are more limiting than mod points when it comes to warframes

I find that the reason warframes feel so limited is because of the 4 power polarities, if they just made the powers built in to the frame it would work a lot better
