I'm upset that trinity got debuffed before I could try a technique I came up with where by having link activated, you get into the enemy's face and fire a rocket so the splash damage hits you and goes back to them so they get hit twice by the same rocket

I'm trying to buy the Shatter pack from Amazon/Impulsedriven (holiday deal). However, both sites block me, saying it's US only. All the other holiday deals are almost double the price for the same package.
Anyone willing to make the purchase for me, and that I can reimburse them through Paypal or something? Or a way to hide my location? I've tried hidemyass proxy, but Amazon requires to have cookies on, and Impulsedriven keeps saying my cart is empty when I add the pack.

There's a ton of stuff I have no clue what does.[/QUOTE]Just progress through the missions. Also buy the braton(assault rifle/smg/IDK) or strun(shotgun), it should cost a few thousand credits and be better than the primary you start with, secondary and melee weapons are ok for starters.
Don't spend the platinum on weapons/ frames.

Try borderlinx.com with Amazon, those guys give you a proper address to use, so you can order stuff from the American store anywhere. I got Dark Souls this way. And from what I gather, these guys are fully legit, too.

Even though its accessible very early (tier 3 keys from the Mercury Survival), the game's odd level up system and sometimes frustrating random number generation really hampers the user.
For example, even a Soma, a gun that many consider overpowered or a tier above anything else, is still utterly useless you have on your hands a full ranked serration, and point strike. Depending on how the game feels like treating you, this could be easily completed by the time you reach Saturn or may even end up all the way in Pluto without the modification cards you need to alleviate the difficulty (or to a greater extend making those missions remotely possible).

If you have not figured out yet, weapons do not change any of their characteristics when they level up. The only thing that changes is the number of available resources that modification cards can take up. Also, damage dealing abilities after about level 20-25 become utterly useless outside of their secondary utility because they can only rank up three times through fusion, whereas primary (and to a greater extent secondary) weapons have an absolutely massive potential damage cap.

It does 60 electrical, non proc damage that is 100% affected by armor, and every enemy that it procs off of do auto-critical hits against you. Stupidest mod in the game behind the electrical melee mod, which they STILL haven't fixed to line up with the other elemental melee mods.
