Also I've kinda realized that 99% of game-dedicated forums are filled to the brim with retards.
This one appears to be a tiny step in the right direction. At least the in-game players give the impression of this. I guess people just stop being assholes to each other when they are forced to actually cooperate.

So just like the banshee, except the perts drop from a specific mission during a specific time where everyone can get it if they have the mission unlocked? Doesn't sound too bad, but still a pain in the ass.

To be honest, there are a lot of items that are "too easy" to get without paying plat than what the usual free to play standard usually allows. I don't have a problem with it, but the devs need to make money in some way.

Why do i have the feelings that any new weapons/warframes from now on will have their blueprints drop on alert missions only to "encourage" people to buy it from the store?
