Thing is that I absolutely love him so I have got almost to no reason to switch him for anyone else. Only things I need is to fuse all of my warframe mods to Rank 5. And I really want Glaive or Glaive Prime now. Kestrel is ok but I want a giant bladed disk now instead of a tiny boomerang-shaped piece of metal.
Glaive is fun to use but not very effective, not a fan of how power throw works. It doesn't properly punch through enemies.
So he actually is good? One part of me wants to get him, but the other one says "no, man, Frost Prime is better he's more useful for the team." Also I'd like to at least change the red-coloured part on Wraith Twin Vipers.
Nekros is my first build which is strictly for farming to build my next warframes. My rhino is 72 hours from completion now thanks to the nekros and I have about five other suits ready to go since I bought the game a week ago! I feel like I'm getting a lot out of the game playing every warframe and trying different roles. Give nekros a try! It's a total BLAST in defensive and survival missions :)
Glaive is fun to use but not very effective, not a fan of how power throw works. It doesn't properly punch through enemies.
Afaik there is a mod for punching through enemies, but it's rare.
it seems to me that it's impossible to put a primary element like cold on an elemental weapon like torid
It seems to me that it's impossible to put a primary element like cold on an elemental weapon like torid.
Yeah, you need to put another elemental mod before old, which will override the toxic damage, so you can't have both toxic and cold on it, but I guess that is to prevent rainbow builds.
Two customization options NEED TO BE IMPLEMENTED. 1. Ability to recolor the gold trim on prime gear. 2. Ability to toggle elemental visual effects on melee weapons. These two things ALWAYS clash with the color scheme style of my warframe, it pisses me off.
Afaik there is a mod for punching through enemies, but it's rare.
Power Throw is that mod.
I just want boltor prime. If I am reading stats correctly, it would be a straight upgrade not just from regular boltor, but also supra. Soma would still be dominant, though.
Yeah, you need to put another elemental mod before old, which will override the toxic damage, so you can't have both toxic and cold on it, but I guess that is to prevent rainbow builds.
yeah but when I put the second mod in, it swaps to combining those and leaving toxic as-is so adding elements groups them like so: latent (latent, mod 1) latent, (mod 1, mod 2) (latent, mod 1), (mod 2, mod 3) the brackets showing how mods combine
So he actually is good? One part of me wants to get him, but the other one says "no, man, Frost Prime is better he's more useful for the team."
He can pretty much solo Survival missions if you find an Equilibrium mod, pack a Carrier, and make good use of Desecrate. Shadows of the Dead is a lot better than people give it credit for, especially if you boost power strength to make it give you more minions and if you prioritise killing powerful enemies so that you can summon those. The minions are a lot more useful ever since a recent hotfix changed their behaviour so that they'll aggro on everything immediately instead of not attacking until something hits them first. Soul Punch can be pretty strong if you time it well because the enemy can take additional damage from being slammed into shit as well as the initial damage from getting hit by it, and it can plow through crowds. Best of all though, Desecrate has helped me find a couple of super rare mods (so far, Berserker and Firestorm). Also a fun fact not many know about Shadows of the Dead: if you summon an Ancient Healer with it, not only will the healing pulses heal you and your teammates but they'll also instantly revive any downed teammate.
Not like infested survival is challenging or anything.
Until you reach the waves of level 100 ancients.
Flux Rifle or Supra?
Dera.
Flux Rifle or Supra?
Supra. Flux isn't that good anymore sadly.
I just bought the blueprint for the Supra. It looks like i can make it but im reading you have to be rank 7. Is that correct or is that for PC?

Also, 666 shield ;)
Dual wraith vipers feel a lil op. Maybe it's because it's my first potato gun. +80% crit chance, +100 damage, +30 impact and +32 reload. I'm definitely gonna forma this. Realy need pistol ammo mutation though. Shotgun for my sobek too.

I just got Rhino recently, what mods should I slap into him?
I just got Rhino recently, what mods should I slap into him?
rush (and a vanguard helmet if you can get it) will improve the speed of rhino's lumbering rear enough to for it to be tolerable, but will also increase his risk of heart failure by many percentages

It's not OP from my experience, it's just good [editline]7th January 2014[/editline] Loads of damage but almost no ammo. It's more like a last resort when you run out of primary ammo
Guys I'm a huge scrub at the game. I almost have a level 30 Loki but I still have no idea what I'm doing. I have no clue how to get bigger Health and Shields, I'm at 225/225.

I mean, you do have to work for them after all, with the only exception kind-of being the Snipetron Vandal since that was kind of easy, but still. I had to do 3 runs to get these blighters.

If you have the mods installed and still find yourself dying a lot you should use invisibility more and play online.

Fairly sure that mag looks a hundred times better than mag prime. Prime looks like something out of a horror film. At least i've got the helmets and imortal skin pack. The imortal skin doesn't look great... but it's an improvement. Now if only i had an alt helm for frost too.. Prime shit's ugly. Fucking let us colour the gold, useless bastards, at least make that shit a pale silver. Silver goes with most colour schemes. Gold ruins most colour schemes.
I have both of them equipped. Is there any way to improve their capacity?
Fuse fusion cores and dupes with them.
