For each person marked, the chance of the Harvester showing up increases, and the mark is only removed from one player when it shows up.

Everyone supported the grineer during their invasion so they could get a chance of having detron parts(also corpus rewards were pretty shit except for the 3 mutagen masses)

also fighting grineer is a huge pain in the ass because of napalms ( and eviscerators )

Naplms become a problem at level 40+, otherwise they die quite decently moderately not so fast.
It has never been easier to farm nightmare mods with the Rhino + Galatine combo, especially in Corpus maps.
I actually prefer to fight the Grineer, I feel like they're easier to fight than Corpus with their shields. I might just not be specced out properly to fight Corpus, though.
I really don't get why DE has the biggest hardon for the Grineer. The Cicero Crisis was pretty much the only event since I started (a few weeks before the Survival event) where you've ever HAD to fight them, every other event, especially since the advent of Invasions, it's pretty much pointless not too. The Gravidus Incident is the worst example of this, it was so totally rigged for the Grineer I can almost guarantee they didn't make any sort of scenario or battle for if the Corpus had won.
I dunno, it just kinda pisses me off. From what i've seen, the community and Facepunch prefer Corpus and i'm sure DE knows that. I just don't get it. Personally, i'd much rather have any rad ass thing a technologically advanced race of space jews churn out than what a stagnating race of degenerating nazi clones could give me but it's almost pointless because the Grineer items are almost always better.
I'm just ranting at this point but fuck this Grineer shit DE, actually give the players a choice in your invasions rather than just the illusion of one.

What's curious to me is that, for the corpus to be such a huge trading conglomerate, the grineer seem to push out credit rewards like it's nobody's business. Where do they get so much funding?

While I do agree that this illusion of choice thing is bullshit and needs fixing, I still find myself liking the Grineer more than the Corpus; both sides are monstrous (Grineer via enslavement and implied genocide, Corpus via indoctrination and absolute amorality in the pursuit of profit [sp]so basically enslavement and genocide again[/sp]). However, the Grineer are an enemy that view the Tenno as worthy adversaries to be hated, while the Corpus view them as high value Orokin technology. In other words, one side sees you as a person (albeit one who they want to kill), while the other sees you as merchandise.
That and I'm a sucker for hybrid biotech/bionic aesthetic.

i for one, prefer the corpus over the grineer, cause the grineer are basically living space cancer, existing only to burn through the galaxy taking over worlds and killing everything non-grineer in their path. the corpus aren't going to melt you for not being corpus, they only do shit if they profit from it, which makes them less of a threat.
plus the way their crewmen cheerfully cry "MISTER ROBOT!" whenever they see you brightens my day every time
