Personally I like Frost far more than rhino, moreso now with his ability to essentially deny all enemy fire in a location.
And yeah, I'm also wallrunning like a loon now. It does make vertical wallrunning really easy now tho, so I can deal with it since its much easier get up ridiculously high now.

I have a Frost. He's fun, but he isn't a tank. I can't wait to get him higher in levels and slap some power mods on him (more energy plz) and spam the shit out of his abilities, because I think that is some of the most fun to have with him. I liked Rhino because he was beefy as fuck. Run into a room, Iron Skin, Radial Blast and tank away after that. A lot of people think Iron Skin was OP but in comparison to other Warframes, it's what kept him in the game. Ember with a maxed out Focus mod now has more damage reduction than Rhino [I]and[/I] that ability does damage. Trinity has unlimited energy and invulnerability with damage reflect. Ash and Loki can go invisible, which in this game is basically invulnerability. It was silly to take away Rhino's when it was the high point of his 'frame.
it's still 80% though so you're still tanky as shit
it just means you can't run up to bosses and melee them to death while taking zero damage anymore

He's a caster tank, 150 armor, same as Rhino. And with Aurora helm+5 level steel fiber I can have a more powerful version of Rhino's Iron skin that also happens to be permanent, since those two give me about 93% armor. Combine that with Frost Shield denying all incoming fire and you've got not only you but also your team covered.
Edit: unless Rhino's Iron skin stacks with pre-existing armor, but even still I've got a pretty hefty amount.

Wow people are pretty shitter-shattered about Rhino on the forums.
I'm okay with the nerf to Iron Skin but he really needs a buff to his other skills now. He'd come out better for it than he did before any nerfing or buffing happened - rather than having only one or two super-useful skill he'd have three or four.

Ceres, Kiste. Venus, Venera. Basically, any (mobile) defence mission in a region that drops the resource you're looking for.
The crit chance/damage thing on the grataka is useless. What you want to do is put as little bullets into enemies as possible. To do this, you need the enemies to require less bullets to kill, meaning that you need to increase the damage by slapping on some elemental and base damage mods on it.
