Finishers should show a press x to do prompt so you can keep swinging your sword after they go down
Stealth attacks should also be press x to do so you don't end up accidentally smacking a dude and alert the room because he's 2 pixels out of stealth finisher range

Due to the nature of /vg/ generals lasting long and that they're usually posted by random anons as soon as post limit is reached, he couldn't get it done, even as he did post a revised ruleset.
Maybe they knew about how /vg/ works, and just wanted him banned :v:

TL:DR;
Warbros recruitment required you to post "warbros #1" on the forums. Letter13, one of the community mods, apparently got pissy about this for some reason. Rebecca makes apparently very vague and unclear threats to the warlord of Warbros (Wiawyr) about getting banned if he doesn't change the pastebin detailing these recruitment rules (which is linked to in every warframe general on /vg/). Wiawyr claims to have complied, and drawn up new recruitment rules. However, as new threads are created by whichever anon was online at the time (instead of a specific poster) Wiawyr has pretty much zero control over the OP, including which pastebin links go into it. Therefore, in the next thread some Anon goes and posts the old rules. Letter13 proceeds to ban Wiawyr (causing him to be banned in game as well), along with anyone posting "Warbros #1", as well as deleting any threads discussing it.
Essentially, Letter13 is going full Stanrey Woo, and DE seem to be being rather shifty about the whole thing.

As much as I can figure out from all of this mess:
Warbros has a system where a number is rolled between 1-3. Depending on the number, you have to complete a task to join. One of the tasks is posting to the official forums or other popular venue:
"Warbros #1"
People were doing that in order to get in, it got out of hand and started spamming the official forums and other places.
Naturally, this did not sit well with DE, and they asked the guy in charge of Warbros to change their recruitment policy.
Here two things went wrong:
The recruitment post was on 4chan. He had no power to change that post in order to inform people to not use those rules. They blame DE for not understanding this, whereas they were A) stupid enough to use 4chan for recruitment and B) Ask people to raid the forums for invites on a medium where they could not alter their original post.
Secondly, the actual change to the rule was still to post "Warbros #1", but instead make sure that the post contributed to an existing discussion (so no posted a new thread about it or making a nonsense post, for example).
They gave him a day or two to make the change, but the nature of 4chan prevented him from doing so.
Honestly, I don't blame DE. That entire clan sounds like a childish, forum-spamming/raiding mess. Shouldn't have used 4chan to recruit, because this is the result.
Not only that, they still didn't really remove the "Warbros #1" bullshit, just made it slightly less obnoxious but still spammy.
DE handled this the way spammers should be handled: with a whack of the Banhammer.
It's not like this guy was squeaky-clean beforehand either: [DE]Rebecca listed a number of his past transgressions, which is why the fuse was so short this time around.

Yes. One of the possible 10 recruitment rules (3 are selected by random when a new 4ch thread begins) told applicants to post Warbros #1 on the forums. This was later revised to contain that it had to be in a legitimate, constructive post to avoid spam.
DERebecca didn't like this rule very much and gave a very strict time limit during which it would have to be changed.
Of course it'd have been easier to tell them to post it in Warbros' recruitment thread on Warframe forums, but good luck making a new one - the original one was deleted months ago.

pretty much. The real problem is that they're not coming out with this. Instead, the #1 clan is pretty much just getting swept under the rug.

Well don't I feel silly now, yeah, that makes sense. Didn't know that.
But that still doesn't negate the fact that one of their recruitment policies is to have members spam (less so now, admittedly) the official forums in order to get in.
Look at the Rust forums, or anywhere else. I'd ban someone for spamming in such cases.
The problem is that it's not just a forum ban, but an in-game one and leaving the clan in leaderless-limbo.
That said, no pitty from me. This guy sounds like grade A refined jackass. This was not his first offence.
The fact that this is a 4chan clan doesn't exactly bring up feelings of empathy either.
This is something that is a problem in all online communities and games; players acting like entitles jackasses.
At the end of the day, their members misbehaved under the flag of their Clan. Clan leaders should shoulder at least some of the responsibility for that.
Again, an in-game ban is still a bit excessive though.
They just go around saying "Warbros #1", it isn't really hurting anyone and they are #1 in Warframe atm to be honest.

Hit the nail on the head. If it was simply that he went too far one time too many, then I'd [sp]mostly[/sp] agree with Krahn, because honestly Wiawyr's a prat. However given that he complied with what was requested and still got banned, then add in Warbros being disallowed from having a new warlord, and the whole thing gets very dubious.
Of course, we also have a bunch of idiots over on /vg/ trying to start shit over one comment Megan made on prime time that they're claiming is a rape joke in order to get Tumblr on DE's back, so it's not like Warbros are exactly making themselves look good here.

It used to reach boss node quite often but these days everyone just goes and rushes infested thing when one appears and there is no time for it to spread.
