Volt is incredibly useful for fighting corpus and it comes in handy when fighting other enemies if you use electric shield to extend the range of your synapse assuming yours is as OP as mine
I don't think you can really, honestly say any of the frames are just straight up useless. Situational, yeah, definitely. But all of them shine in some way or another.
I'm not going to touch them right now, but I was wondering if anyone actually uses the drums in the Great Hall?
Even as decoration goes I think those neurodes could be put to better use.

Depends on what your talking about. For the rooms themselves since there are so few available different tiles we decided to simplify everything and put all the "useful" rooms (like lab, duel, trade, course) as close to eachother as possible so you don't have to run around for long to reach anything.
For the decos, anything new is subject to approval by Krail, whenever he can be bothered to actually visit the damn dojo.
I'd hardly call it a redesign. It's more like streamlining.

I honestly think new frost is useless.
And by useless I mean, I honestly can't think of a single situation where he'd be a frame I'd bring over another.
I'd take Vauban before him for defense/Crowd Control
I'd take Rhino before him if I wanted to tank
I'd take Oberon before him if I wanted survivability
I'd take Nova before him for Offense
He's good for when you need something ice-cold to drink, I suppose.

Alright, the Stalker officially hates me. I got a message from him the other day, and he doesn't appear until I decide to go a Nightmare mission with a mate which resulted in us spawning with no shields. Yeah I have like 800 hours, but I only have around 2 mill. I've made every weapon and warframe apart from a few prime weapons. Come to think of it, the only way I'm making money right now is selling prints or the credits you pick up on missions.
given that all the invasions often offer 50k as rewards and each run gives upwards of about 20k per run, it's not surprising.
My credit floats around 1.8m~2m. I need Braton Prime, Detron, Sicarus Prime, Dakra Prime, Glaive Prime and Fang Prime to max my mastery points. Too bad I don't have Lato Prime.

I really can't be assed to do like 90% of the invasions, 5 identical missions for a tiny prize unless it's something really good? Yeah no.
I only do invasion missions with unique rewards (Neurodes, Fieldrons) or 30,000/50,000 credits.
