From what I've heard, the weapon is actually pretty good since it target the head of enemies, leading to numerous headshots, and it has good base damage. The problem is just a bug where it only targets where the head should be, meaning if the head is out of place it can miss easily.

I recently got a mod, Provoked i believe, that boosts (10% at base) the damage you do while downed. Anyone else encountered it?

I've got about 7-12 of them... I wish i had something more useful.
I also have arrow mutation and sniper mutation... I use niether bows nor snipers and wish i had something more useful like rifle or pistol mutation.
I think I could make you a deal, because I want both of those things and I might, bear with me, MIGHT have one or both of those.
