Pro-tip to anyone using the vectis because it seems a lot of people don't realize this:
Reload IMMEDIATELY after firing each shot and you'll boost your DPS substantially. The automatic reload only kicks in after the whole firing animation finishes, but manually reloading after firing cuts straight to the reload.

There's no way they can release a skin that looks too much like Jetstream Sam when you color it right and not have a gunsheath
