Looks like another version of the warframe. If you look at the head it is roughly what the helmet would look like from that angle.

there's a handful of moons in our solar system with subsurface oceans hidden below extremely thick sheets of solid ice, mainly Enceladus, Europa, Ganymede, and possibly Callisto. if they didn't want to add a new planet to the map, Ceres also has a fair bit of water in the atmosphere and in frost, although none of it is likely to be standing.

To be fair, they wanted the Vay Hek bossfight for U12, but they ran into some snags doing the animations and shit from what I heard from the dev streams.

And to counterbalance that, they've been adding a lot of water-related tiles to the Earth set over the past few months. (Aquifers, Dams, Rivers, various water system stuff)
