It would be a little silly to make a water frame out of a material that's "lighter than air", you'd constantly be fighting to keep yourself under the water!

Pretty sure the shipyards are on open water, although I didn't really do any sightseeing during the tethra event. I remember some of the first concept of the shipyards showed a lot of ocean.

Oxium is some air element thingy, it wouldn't be used for a water frame, or any other frame besides Zephyr. So whomever is going to be the boss of the shipyards is probably gonna drop it like normally, and wont be more clan tech bullshit (hopefully).

The names for the elemental frames thusfar have been based on their element, not something living in it. Probably something like Tide, or Swell, or something not awful.
