There's a free toy-akfuris for people who log in (powered up with slot), a art-breaking excalibur skin for a limmited time and they're unveling the next update TF2 style. Also for saint patricks day (was that two weeks ago? Who cares, it's irish) we had about four times more drops than usual (farmed over 30 cells)and a pallet was available for creds.

last i remember corpus are a bunch of eggheads who worship an alternate plane of reality simply for existing and hold the people who lived there as gods even though said people likely weren't even actually organic beings but robots

I don't know where that ever came up, last time I knew they worshipped business.
The Corpus revere the Orokin as god-like beings and much of what they do involves learning about them and recovering their works. They do not worship the void by any means, at most its just another avenue to learn about the Orokin and bring back their technology. Also, by no account were the Orokin robots. That's at best just dumb speculation by a few people.

It's not op due to spread and travel.
If you stick HC and SC on it, both cause travel distortion, and as with every other travel weapon, enemies can literally run around the bullets, though it isn't nearly as ridiculous in this aspect as the Supra. The fire rate also is an issue versus other guns and unlike the Soma or Karak, you have to pick either damage potential or RoF, you can't get both, and if you want punch through, there's another slot issue.
The damage on it without crits is nuts comparatively, but unlike the Soma, you [I]have[/I] to forma in to get ridiculous results.
With HC and SC on you basically have a submachine gun that shoots crossbow bolts.
Homing should be a mod for weapons with travel time

I'd love a some mods that decrease travel time for applicable weapons.
Even cooler if it didn't discern between rifle or pistol, just type of projectile. So there would be a plasma mod for dera/supra/cestra, a bolt mod for boltor/bolto/gremlins, and maybe an arrow mod for the bows (ballistica too maybe?)

Not the weird laser bullets thing we've got now, but one that shoots fairly large, exaggerated balls of plasma, possibly that do small splash damage on impact. Like something out of Quake or Doom or Unreal.
