It's been delayed forever and they launched a website to promote it. If they didn't launch the bloody grineer systems backlash would be way smaller.

If you feel lucky and have a bunch of time on your hands, do T3 mobile defense missions. A boltor prime blueprint can give you a good 40-45 plat very easily.
