give antimatter whatsit a longer, interruptible cast time

The new melee weapons with melee 2.0 are nice and all, but I wish DE could balance out the longswords. I just want to actually get to use my jaw sword for once, it looks too good for it to be stuck in the foundry with a "claim" button beside it that never gets clicked.
