I know his 3rd is the puddle form and the 4th is RELEASE THE KRAKEN

First is like a water barrage on a targeted location, second power is in the same vein as sword slash and rhinos charge, except you turn into a tidal wave.
First is barrage, an area denial ability, second is tidal wave, a charge that turns you into a wave and knocks people back.

If you ask me, the folks that post here who have smaller, personal clans should get drawn into the alliance first, since it makes more sense than other forums, etc.

I've already been contacted by some smaller clans about forming alliances when Badlands hits.
Though while I'm not THAT interested in Badlands, I will try to do something with it.
I was thinking if possible (DE please), I would appoint some "Shoguns" who are interested in Badlands and can lead that stuff. If possible, please DE give us more clan control.

Well I HAVE been brokering deals with the Goon clan who's smaller than us IIRC.
Jetamo who posts here often is in goonclan, perhaps this could be the start of something wonderful...
I like the idea of an almost eve online style system of shadow wars, clans fighting behind eachothers backs over deals not quite understood over terms not properly wirtten out.
Plans within plans... Wheels within wheels... the potaoes must flow!
