I wanted to make Oberon, because I like people who can heal (and self heal) and who can theoretically Not die as much as others "classes", but I'm still not sure..
get trinity
Would it be good if I went for a Power Strength build with Excalibur?
I recommend range duration blindening.
get trinity
This. Healing health isn't much at all seeing how people try to stay AWAY from getting to their health, using Redirection and such. Trinity heals both shields AND health with a 12 second invuln time right after. She is the best support in the game just because of it.

And I'm pretty low level, so even if I go after her, it'll take a while to reach Phobos and be able to "grind efficently".
I recommend range duration blindening.
Yeah but I'd like to make the most out of my Heavy Impact and Radial Javelin. (Don't judge me, I like Heavy Impact.)
Speaking of Heavy impact, does it stack with Zephyr's dive bomb or no?
But does she do well by herself? And I'm pretty low level, so even if I go after her, it'll take a while to reach Phobos and be able to "grind efficently".
her first and second abilities heal and provide energy respectively. also, they lock down the targeted enemy for the duration. her third ability link reflects all damage and status effects back onto the enemies for the whole duration. trinity is almost the definition of self sustaining.
But does she do well by herself? And I'm pretty low level, so even if I go after her, it'll take a while to reach Phobos and be able to "grind efficently".
Definitely, she is basically a medium build. Her shields, health, and speed are pretty average. She has an ability to drain energy from enemies too if you run out.
Speaking of Heavy impact, does it stack with Zephyr's dive bomb or no?
I think so, but both of those don't do very much damage, which is kind of a shame because zephyr is really fun to play.
Guys guys guys. Ember has best butt. nyx and mag are good. nova is a bit plain. Not gonna critique the bodies of saryn and zehpyr. Fairly sure trinity is the old lady frame. flat, square tits. Thank god she's got that skirt. you don't even wanna know what that arse is like. Nightmares. Nightmares for all. [sp]Excalibro and frost best men[/sp]

Energy Vampire is your friend for solo play- the only reason it isn't in multiplayer is because they don't stop to think, they just shoot. IMO, Well of Life is crap and you can skip it (although since Rank 1 mods don't take up space, it might be worth taking then). [editline]date[/editline]
Guys guys guys. So I see 70 new posts and think "hey, some cool thing dropped or a cool alert came up." No, whining about butthurt and which frame makes you raegface. If any frame makes you raegface you should probably evaluate why you're playing the game in the first place, cause you're basically saying "you can only play wf the way I play wf", which p much just makes you a douchebag, not a seasoned expert.

I once played with a trinity on T3 survival. That guy carried us all to 1 hour.
why does the conversation always turn towards asses it's like this thread's event horizon or something
Just wait until the argument is over. I don't think we can come up with a conclusion everyone is happy with, so we'll just have to wait until a new topic to discuss comes up. Like U13, for instance!
Never really seen useful Trinity.
Never really seen useful Trinity.
She's one of those thing's that's underused for no good reason. Probably because your average Warframe player only wants to murder, so they go for Rhino, Nova, etc. Helping teammates is just too much work.
And yet I've killed the boss close to 30 times now and still haven't gotten trinity's goddamn helmet :( I try to make things easier on new players and those with low shields/health whenever possible, but you can only do so much as a mag.
Even on survival, trinity just never runs out of energy, and that's without using energy vampire.
i like to abuse crush as crowd control rather than damage.
put potatoes on galantine and aklex. tenno may cry is finally becoming a reality!

[editline]7th April 2014[/editline] And Trinity is there just to keep people alive but when people stay alive without it then there is no use for it really.
Using Trinity is under-rewarding, kinda like using Nyx. Trinity is still fantastic, max power duration, pop energy vampire, link, rinse, repeat. Pop the ulti when in tight situations for a bunch of seconds of invincibility & heal all your mates. Great stuff. You're seldom thanked for your ass-protecting efforts tho.
I'm the kind of guy who loves to go support even though everyone hates it, so I use Trinity frequently.
And the damage for stomp isn't much, it's good for giving yourself breathing space, but that's about it.
Uh, what? For me pretty much anything under level 25-30 dies and anything past that had a good sized chunk taken out of its health. Maybe you haven't upgraded it, i don't know but Rhino Stomp does excellent damage. And actually looking at it, barring the slowdown and debuff, Rhino Stomp does the same 800 maxed Blast damage as Molecular Prime.
When I use trinity I mostly just use her for the ult, to save the ass of teammates. Furthermore if you're only using the ult and someone's got energy siphon you probably won't ever run out of energy. Thing is with trinity's ult is that you don't always notice it happening. (For the most part i'm just to much of a noob to use well of life/ energy vampire/link well) Trinity is realy good to play with for nightmare alerts btw.
Trinity is realy good to play with for nightmare alerts btw.
I would rather recommend Rhino and its Iron Skin or Loki and 24/7 invisibility.
Guys. You know better. Teach me to Excalibur.
Guys. You know better. Teach me to Excalibur.
Use Excalibur as you want to use it.
