I understand that 13 is a huge update and that things break but I'd honestly be more ok with them just saying "coming as soon as it done, hopefully today" instead of "It's coming at exactly 12:00, oh wait lol jk"

People would probably be less angry if they actually say before hand that they're going to be late and why they're going to be late. I'm curious as to what they found a week ago that made them have to push it back a week, and what's holding them up now. Sure, I'm a bit disappointed with the delays, but what I want to know is WHY there is a delay. If there's a good reason then I'd just be like killing x unit with y move crashes the game" I'd just say "oh okay, I see, that should be fixed", but being left in the dark doesn't really help.
Also, the Devstream on Friday made it super clear that there was no way the update was ready to ship several days earlier.

I agree with this mostly but i also agree with the fact that they just shouldn't set their dates in stone, they've failed to meet it twice and this isn't anything new. There's an understandable but reasonable amount of butthurt there should be but a lot of peeps are taking it overboard.

DE's 'deadline' timezone is PDT. When PDT rolls over on that clock and U13 is still not around, they've failed in their quest.
