So I decide to go into a defense mission, needed me some neurodes. I finish loading and the game decided to completely throw that idea out of the window and have the mission be sabotage instead. There were no enemies anywhere and the entire ship was frozen. Spooky.

That confirms something I was wondering; if alternate skins have different patterns when channelling (answer: yes). This is interesting, as this may mean that DE have solved the issues they cited regarding why there weren't any metallic/glowing colour packs available.

Looks like our clan is going all out on this political aspect. I suppose it's good we have such a dedicated member as yourself to take care of it. Although now that I think about it, wouldn't it be hard to take care of solar rails and clan alliances while something as small as the clan dojo requires your attention? I mean it's clear you are taking part in regional interests, so local interests would only hold you back, yes? Perhaps it would be easier to have some sort of successor take care of it for you while you climb the ranks? Someone who has experience with working on this field already? Someone like me?
Do not worry, while you and Krail grow your political careers, you do not need to fear competition from me; I will always stay one rank below you. In fact, I am thinking of remaining in that position. As you may know, it is only the dojo I am interested in. While the galaxy will all know your and Krail's name for erecting the most vital solar rails, there would only be a footnote necessary to mention Arch Tech Salman, am I correct?
I understand some previous "misunderstandings" may have caused me to loose my position, but may I remind you that the project of extending an eastern and western wing of the southern dojo and the project of connecting the upper floor proved my initiative to act independently of Krail's command, thus proving that I could handle this position self-sufficiently without his assistance. In fact, I would go as far as to say his denial of the project continuing hindered me in proving said initiative, which Krail may have done purposefully in order to defend his own position. I suppose someone as intelligent as yourself would understand that a simple elevator placed in the wrong spot would hardly be enough evidence to fire such an important asset as a highly influential architect from his position without the means to explain himself.
While I understand this is an event you used to further your own influence on the higher ranks of the clan, I would like you to be cautious about putting too much faith in people like Krail, as he has proven to take actions in benefit of himself and not of others. I would rather recommend you to further your relations to our current leader Max and other warlords (with the exception of a character by the name of DesuEx, as he has been spreading rumors of me lately for reasons yet to be explained, but that is a matter I wish to solve internally) as this will allow you to break away from your current restrictions as architect.
Other than that I would like to wish you the greatest on luck on your climb through the hierarchy of the clan and on your way to political dominance. I do not expect you to take my advice instantly, but hope you will keep my words in mind in the case of you ending up in a situation where an important decision related on a similar subject has to be made.
