Yesterday I got the BP for Banshee from the roulette. Today I got a Glaive BP from it. While its nice to have finally gotten something that isn't one of the easily buyable consumables, now my gripe is one is one of the trickier to obtain Frames, the other was a BP for a weapon I have.
Otherwise, I bought a Kunai BP and was surprised that I had a decent amount of the stuff needed to make it.

well, heres one way the cheap one could be expanded

you could put a crosshall on the other end of the elevator, and expand easily from there
I'm saying this outright now - The Kunai is delicious. It's like a pistol in a way - It has 10 shots, great fire rate, awesome damage and very very short reload time - Plus it makes no sound. The only drawback is the Kunai travel time and drop.. But the pros far outweigh the cons.
Pistols such as Lex has a very high damage: 70, compared to the Kunai's 45. But it has a far higher fire rate.. Precisely 3 times as much as the Lex and thus has much higher DPS potential, accompanied by the reload and clip size. It also has piercing projectiles, to boot. A kill shot on an enemy will bring it flying and damage others behind it, just like the Paris and other bolt weapons.
Lastly, it has 2 V polarity slots - Perfect for multishot and damage upgrade. (I don't even know if multishot works on it though)

Personally I was thinking something along the lines of this:

But I see the benefit of sticking an elevator or something in the research wing.
Make sure there is always one Node available for extension or else we will have trouble when DE adds new rooms.

So looks like an energy lab yields the most bang for your buck in terms of research options, but I think we should go for the chem lab because that has a flame thrower.
