The release date is basically on Monday because of the Day Zero shit they're doing, so for them to say it actually comes out on the 3rd instead of the 4th makes sense.
Unless you don't plan on pre-ordering the game due to being sceptical.

Survival works like MW3's survival, you clear waves of enemies and then buy weapons and exo upgrades with points. Every now and then special waves such as K9 and drone waves come in. After you fill up the support drop meter you get a support drop that allows you to get an upgrade (they look like perks and killstreaks). There are tiers of survival that you have to clear to unlock zombie mode I think, but heres a short video of some zombies gameplay:

The survival in this game is against human AI, the last level is against zombies but it is in the same style as MW3 survival NOT Treyarch survival

I never got the waw dlc for it, but I could def see how bl1 zombies on waw maps would be nice. the biggest thing a lot of people enjoyed was the simplicity of it+ww2 stuff
all these maps with tons of shit to activate and move is a real pain, some of the bl1 maps are okay I guess (especially the president one, the banter is great) but the bl2 ones went off the deep end with all the crafting and shit
