I don't quite understand the use for like half of the exo abilities.
Hover is good for Strafe Medals.
Trophy System is obviously good for explosives, use one against a Hellstorm Missile.
Stim is probably best suited if you know there are multiple enemies around a corner and want to rush them without dying instantly.
Shield is good if you want to move somewhere without getting hit but doesn't seem useful most of the time anyway.
Overclock is obviously awesome for moving quickly which most of the time is useful.
Cloak is alright, it's probably best to use when sniping though since at a distance you can't see cloaked people that well.
Ping is good but most people tend to use, I can't remember if it was Cold-Blooded or Low Profile, whichever it is, it makes Ping useless anyway.

Stim, Overclock, and Ping are good. Cloak is okay for flanking class but will rapidly lose value as the playerbase matures and the people who play more can easily pick out silhouettes. Hover and Shield are total garbage. Haven't even tried trophy system.
I found myself never activating my exo ability so I've stopped including them on my classes

I have shield and trophy system for my Rush B at the start class of a domination game.
I just use Overload so I can go REALLY FUCKING FAST for a long time and mix it with Gung-Ho for true run n gun
Exo Mute is actually pretty good too, forgot about that one

The problem with the shield is that it is compromised the second you fight anyone with anything better or worse than an average connection. It's the same problem shields have always had in CoD; on their screen you aren't facing them at just the right angle so they kill you "through" your shield on your screen. Even if this weren't a problem, boost slams work excellently as a shield counter. I've used the exo shield to good effect so maybe "garbage" is to harsh, but I'd never run it on a serious class.

I run overclock or stim on all my classes. Stim on defensive/heavy classes, overclock on stealth/mobility classes. Occasionally throw Exo mute on a stealth class too.
Finally got pistols to Royal Camo.
Kind of disappointed in the camo honestly. It's meh.
Grach is the biggest fucking piece of shit ever. Atlas45 is right behind it.
Also, exo abilities not recharging or being able to be recharged is really, really weak. I like the game, but it needs a lot of tweaks and to get rid of the, uh, Call-of-Duty'isms and it would be a fantastic departure, but for every good thing there are still issues floating around from MW2 era.

Going back to the post above I don't really find any of the pistols good. The Grach is garbage but it's far better than the Atlas 45, which just might be the worst pistol ever that isn't Blops 2's Executioner. The PDW is pointless. The RW1, for some bewildering reason, requires 2 shots to kill at midrange and farther without advanced rifling. Very disappointing considering that ever since MW2 really pistols as a weapon class have always been plenty viable.

Best suggestion I've seen is to let "score streak pionts" recharge your exo abilities if you don't have any streaks equipped.
I don't bother with any exo abilities or even grenades.
I just have my SMG, a bunch of stealth perks plus gung ho, and no scorestreaks except for a beefed up UAV that paints enemies, gives me assist points, and builds up even after I die

I'm using the UAV w/ support, Care Package w/ support & trap and the XS1 Vulcan with two shots and more time.
Game seems to have gone to shit with my accuracy, aim assist seems to have fucked off completely so I can't hit people at all anymore, and I'm also getting murdered in next to no time at all.
So fun.
Lol I dont see the point of using any exo abilties as they'll help you out once in the game and thats about it, if you plan on using them more than once, then you're pretty much planning on dying a bunch of times, and that's why exo abilities are useless, you have to die to use them. I'd rather upgrade other things that keep me alive for as long as possible and let me constantly kill for as long as possible.

They need to be able to recharge when depleted. Different charge rates for different abilities so stim isnt spammed constantly or near infinite cloak.
Stim shouldn't have a Recharge at all and Cloak needs a long charge time.

Is there any point to ADSing with the autolaser?
so after messing with video options, i can run this game on max (other than like super sampling and the those two options for 6+GB cards) at more than 60fps. But as soon as i touch defender or the other bad maps it just becomes a slideshow period till i restart. this shit is as weird as deadly premonition's porting.
