I've started loading myself down with every stealth perk possible and just knifing everyone for one loadout.
It would feel so much cooler if they didn't even bother with the knife and just made you punch people.
Ok, so I decided not to get a refund on this game as it is addictive as SHIT.
After leveling up a bit, I discovered finding games wasn't as hard as I originally experienced (but I've still never played a good majority of the playlists due to the inability to find games sometimes) and all in all it is a good time. I think the addition of supply drops and character customization make this game just that much funner, because it always pushes me to play more, do better, and all that so I can unlock a bunch of cool stuff for my character.
However, it is not without it's problems. I have to play at a render resolution of Low for the game to run at a constant 60FPS, which is abysmal because I could run literally every other CoD (didn't try Ghosts) at Ultra with little to no problems. I get that this one has higher quality/resolution assets and shaders and what not, but there's no reason for it to run this shittily.
I'm looking forward to the day when most of the bugs are fixed. Currently certain weapons are OP, there is the camo bug (which isn't even bad and helps you rank up quick after a prestige), and certain maps drop my FPS to 15 or so until it "loads" everything. The one map with the Tsunami is the worst offender of this. Maybe they'll even one day work on fixing the performance.
I believe after all of these fixes it will be my favorite Call of Duty released after MW2, and I REALLY loved Black Ops 2.
As a side note, is there an official AW FP Steam group? I'd love to party up with some of you guys sometime.
SAC3 - pain and suffering with laser, rapid fire and extended mags is pretty damn fun
woo just got flipped map in survival for the first time in tier 3, died on the first round. Grinding out games to unlock the next tier in survival takes a long time but its a lot of fun.

i've only experienced once, yesterday, and everyone almost instantly left the lobby when the kid started aimbotting.

No one likes campers. But this is Call of Duty, what do you expect?

i haven't gotten a good drop from a supply crate during my last two prestiges. I'm starting to wonder if it's just me, I only have been getting boots, shirts, or gloves. It's honestly getting very frustrating.

I don't get it, are you saying that the Level loss is something that the game is going to have, misunderstanding that level loss means you get set back a gun level, or am I missing the point completely?
I feel like there's a huge amount of wallhackers. So many times before I die the other player is looking through a wall where it says "YOU" hovering where my character is and they fly out and kill me.

I've literally only been getting variants of the Ameli, AMR9, and MK14, none of which I use. I'm not exaggerating when I say I have at least five variants for each of those and only a handful of anything else, it's really pissing me off.

Thats not even what i meant. I knew there would be campers, ive been playing CoD online since CoD2.
The point is they are more of an annoyance in this game over any of the other CoD games. The game is built around mobility and giving the player more of a 3d feel to movement and strategy. And they are still just sitting in a corner all match long for the free kills.

I'm saying that this gamemode is nowhere to be seen in the game in it's current state. It's cut content, and they're probably going to reintroduce it as DLC sometime down the road. However it still entirely exists on the disc/download and you can play it with a savegame mod. It's functionally complete and even has medals specific to it for various stuff.

You know, gamemodes have been added in patches before. I remember there was that one in MW2 I think that was like domination but you got carepackages for holding points or something like that. They probably just didnt have that game mode completely done so they had to cut it at the last moment but didnt have time to remove all the assets from the game.
Kinda wish the trailers for AW didnt give away the fact that Irons was going to be the bad guy. Would have been better if I went into not knowing but just assuming it would happen.

it lags somewhat, but I feel like the bigger issue is, you can only get into TDM games, or if you're lucky sometimes a dominion game.
Any other game mode is completely empty. Of course, I believe its because of the "skill based matchmaking".
