THATS what it was! I tried using the R700 but could never do as well with it as the M40a3. I never realized what threw me off so hard.

I reseted my stats so I'm actually level 35.
I'm or I used to be really bad at the game, even more on Demolition.
So, I decided to play today like it was Counter-Strike.
There was a clan on the other team, the map was Carrier.
"Welp, let's do this"
I went 20-5 at the first round.
The clan was kind of shit, they acted like they were "pros" but they way I played was enough to out-play them.
We reached Overtime.
Everybody was kind of surprised because I'm using the "Hexed" title and the default rank emblem, but I was using a Golden MP7.
The clan literally got mad.
They started going full KAP-40 and Shotgun (On Carrier).
I activated the bomb and I ended with 44-19.

Yeah, I think I've had this argument with one of my friends before, if the argument that you are referring to is the guy who can't believe he was shot as soon as he turned a corner. It's really all about getting the drop on someone. If I am aiming at a corner with my AN-94, and you try and turn the corner, I am going to shoot you "instantaneously" because my focus was on that corner, especially if I see your arm or gun sticking out in front of you. For the victim, this usually ends with them seemingly getting killed through a wall. It's quite common, and also the reason why people can shoot around your shield at close range and why you might die when you think you made it behind cover.
it also doesn't help that most of the time when you see replays and shit the characters aren't in their original positions but are instead a foot or two away, so it makes the hitboxes look way worse than what they really are.
so a lot of the time you really are shot as you're rounding a corner but when you watch the playback your character hasn't quite moved around the corner yet

was playing hc s&d with my standard s&d class (riot shield + dual p99s and c4). threw out c4 to cover me (within range but riot shield should save me) but i wasn't sure if my pistols were reloaded so i mashed x and blew myself up and we lost the game

They don't, one always dies before the other.
