am i the only one saddened by the loss of hardcore ctf? it was so much fun to shoot a guy as he dived in to score, only to be denied at the very last second, and now i will never get to experience that again.

If they can add more custom classes and custom camos they can add more guns,just look at mw2,it got the peacekeeper on alterIW and nobody lost an fps after that.

it was very unpopular, so treyarch just removed it to replace it with something that would be more popular

mw2 had a lot less things
a simple texture doesn't take nearly as much memory as a whole new gun (model texture sounds animations)
custom classes are completely irrelevant

Yes these are definitely lies, because if you try adding weapons to WaW you will reach a cap and you won't be able to compile. The reason CoD4 modders could add weapons is because they didn't add in the original weapons.

i think its something like your friend count has to be below 50, otherwise theres an error with the leaderboards that makes your game crash

In single player? I can play a little of the first mission, then it randomly crashes. Not at the same spot every time though.

hell no it wasn't unpopular, i was usually in a full game all the time.
what they need to do is add more hardcore modes, i'd love to see people shitting themselves in a hardcore ground war game.
So i had a dream last night that someone went 98 and 0 in a FFA match, because he was camping an i kept forgetting to axe him. He started talking shit. Next match I get killed every second I spawn, 19 times in a row, and people call me bad.

Nuketown was always fast. Just with less MSMC's and MP7's and more AK74-U's and Galils.
nuketown is treyarch's rust, for comparison.
