I think that part of the gun is meant to be hollow other than having the sight on it, or something. Still looks odd though, since the silencer doesn't look like it'd line up with the barrel, but maybe that's just perspective and the damn compression on the video.

One of the LMGs is called a Chain SAW, it doesn't have Iron Sights, it just zooms the screen in a bit, probably to balance LMGs so they're not 200 Bullet Assault Rifles.

That's still the Xbox 360 version, since no one has an actual Xbox One yet i'm pretty sure. Plus it looked like twelve-player matches to me. But aside from prettier graphics and a slightly higher player limit, I'm really not expecting any major differences otherwise.
Something tells me the 'full, next-gen version' shit's gotta have optimization that would make the devil of computers weep in anguish for something so fucking huge.
