I think lower initiative is better in 2nd though.
It is, I should have phrased that differently. But then saying "4 more" would likely be confusing. Fucking ad&d initiative.
Party didn't let me saw off a live guy's head with a dull switchblade 0/10 worst gm

Our part is filled with psychos and the mentally retarded. Save us Bruce.

Loot at the end. I don't care enough to type more right now.
I was really bored today so I wrote up a bunch of things to try and codify dicking around with time travel Mostly I just made tables for people to roll large numbers of dice on Anywho if anyone's interested the gdoc is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FR7dVhA80qnm6P3jSYmmyfOSZmONcBO71Ih5AFEZdIs/edit?usp=sharing I'm not sure how coherent it is, since my brain kind of melted while I was drawing it up. I'm probably going to redo a bunch of the tables some other time, hopefully with less things stolen from futurama But I'll save that for another day when I'm less tired
I've got an opening in the Cyberpunk 2020 game I'm GMing! First come, first serve. We're playing each Saturday night, starting at 12.00 PM GMT. I think, at least, I'm not good at the whole timezone thing. Please don't be a goofy character or a total psycho, we've already got these in spades.
Party didn't let me saw off a live guy's head with a dull switchblade 0/10 worst gm
This happened in our Spycraft game. During a stealth mission. His screaming alerted the entire mansion and it all ended with a huge police siege and a battle against a SWAT team. [editline]20th October 2013[/editline] Although rather than trying to saw off someone's head he was trying to cut off their face.

I don't see what you're talking about.

And this was all in Entropy's house. Home improvement is a brutal thing, people.
Not to mention that after that no one really seemed to give a fuck. Entropy just sat there like it was nothing.
Not to mention that after that no one really seemed to give a fuck. Entropy just sat there like it was nothing.
He knew it was bound to happen eventually. He wasn't going to attack his own brother, but he wasn't going to defend him and kill the people he needed. In fact, if I get the chance next game, I will describe how Entropy visits his brother's grave and puts a single petunia on it.

Basically dude got brutalized (and that kids is why you don't min max and create a character who's 1 Humanity Point away from snapping and going into murderous rage)

Especially when some of the prisoners are magic users and the suppression field gets turned off, shit gets real silly then. I thought that you guys were joking when you acted surprised about a Facepunch/online D&D game finishing, but now that our DM seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth without a word, I'm starting to see you might have been serious. I hope he comes back, I was really enjoying that game. [editline]wups[/editline] Only just realised I wrote 'D&D' instead of 'DM'.
Hey guys, I have been thinking of DMing a Low Fantasy/Sci-fi GURPS campaign, if anyone is interested shoot me a message.
Man, players doing unexpected stuff is awesome. My (first) PF group just managed to justifiably lay claim to an ancient manor to use as a base of operations. Didn't plan that at all, but it makes sense even in-story. Also, has anyone ever tried having one PC in two different campaigns? Basically, I have my own PC in one of my campaigns for whenever I hand the GM role off to someone else, and I'm considering using him in the other for the same purpose. But something about that strikes me as a horrible idea. Anyone ever try that?

It's perfectly fine as an idea, as long as you can keep the two separate character threads separate.
I pretty much have one base character that I modify for every RP. It's perfectly fine as an idea, as long as you can keep the two separate character threads separate.
I was actually going to keep the threads the same. In the first game, he's already a bombastic JUSTIIIICE-screaming paladin, and in the second (being a PF/WH40K crossover) I was planning to make a paladin of Khorne. I figured making him straight-up the same character, keeping loot from both, would be a good way to give the character depth - he only shows up every so often, so this would give him a life outside what each band of players sees. It might also help with character progression - he skipped straight to second level to match the first PCs, but hasn't gained much since while the PCs are knocking on fourth level. Running him every so often in two campaigns ought to keep him closer to the other player's level.

GMing a campaign of Mekton Zeta, if you like giant robot fighting, PM me to reserve a spot, and if you don't. I hate you and want nothing to do with you.
What he said ^^^ Giant robots fighting giant robots. Please don't let us die we need players.
One spot left, pm me quickly, so we can get the planning done.
