If this actually happened i would be tempted to join again just because i feel i didn't get to be the rap-lord long enough.
Might make a different character even though who knows.
The lack of rhymes you busted needs to adjusted, you're looking abit rusted, hope that character sheet gets dusted. You made the most boasts, but if you were roasted it would be folks making jokes about how the game croaked 'cuz the host choked.
Speaking of raplord that reminds me that i wanted to do a rapper bard at some point.
You should, there's not nearly enough rapping.

I would legit be down to play.

Why? Why? Be more constructive with your feedback. Did Steve tell you that? Man, fuck Steve.

I'd be down too, although i'd prefer some other supers game.

I'd be down for M&M, unless someone has a better system, but I can't think of any that aren't in established worlds. Also, someone else would have to GM, already running a campaign unfortunately.
is it free?
Kind of. Between the two versions, the pocket PDF is free. It's approximately 8 foldable pages that go over character creation, combat, psionics, classes, combat, movement, and dice rolls.
The full version is only $8 so it's not really bad either, although you can do a lot with the pocket version as-is. And the pocket version is great for hacks.

Only other thing I can think of right off the top of my head is GURPS Supers.
There's Heroes and Aliens which is a Palladium game, and I think there was a simple one that was based around Marvel but can be applied to homebrewed superhero settings too.

It's just called "Marvel Super Heroes" apparantly.
Playing games. Hah, you guys are weird.
The Friday after next we're going to be starting a new game of Pathfinder and I'm debating inviting anyone who wants to get into tabletop or pathfinder in general, as it seems there's always someone asking around as to whether or not there's any games on that they can join.

Newbies more than welcome, mics will be a necessity though. We do in character stuff via text but handle out of character stuff and things that don't warrant prose via voice.

Heroes unlimited gets very poor reviews across the internet. There's probably nothing it could offer that M&M can't. But feel free to have a look.
I just finally got to use my final form in Exalted
and completely pasted the thing we were fighting
and now I feel really bad because now everyone is sad they didn't get to finish their special transformations and all
Although I guess I now know that yes that charm was exactly as broken in play as it appeared on paper
I improv-statted my first monster.
It had 10 health levels and 10 lethal soak.
Siberys killed it in 1 tick.
Is there any player races in Pathfinder that match with the Boreal bloodline of sorcerors?

Sylphs kind of. The human/air-elemental babies.

Looked into them, not "kind of" enough, sorry.
Looked into them, not "kind of" enough, sorry.
There's also Undine, the not-water-genasi, and Samsarans.
You're better off checking the Beastiary, the Boreal Bloodline suggests that one of your ancestors was probably something like a Frost Giant.
So I just had a brilliant idea for a Pathfinder one-off game:
Players are monsters.*
Not just like kobolds or orcs or something - I'm talking something like "earth elemental" or "skeleton". And they'd be fighting regular player-type characters (I'm considering making it a competitive game - two players on each side - which might eliminate the need for a GM).
I'm still trying to figure out good levels for everything - I considered epic-level monsters, but I'm currently aiming for CR5 monsters. I'm not sure what level to make the adventurers, though - seventh level seems right.
I'm sure someone else has already had this idea. Has anyone done anything like that before?
* As a general statement, this is true.
You could play for hotseat time as a PC - if you're playing a skellyton and you manage to down a player then you get to fill that spot on the party and that guy has to play a monster next encounter
Pathfinder planning sessions
Have descending into discussions about what the most ridiculous mounts we can get away with
Like I'm seriously considering getting a pachycephalosaurus (that dinosaur with the big domed head that rams into things) outfitted with some fucking spiked barding to wreck shit
Also the practicality of equipping rocket racks to the side of a horse to launch as we ride into battle
Am now running a game of Shadowrun 5th edition at a friend's house for 3-5 sessions. Fun was had, but I now know Shadowrun 5th, or just Shadowrun in general is not really the kind of game for me to run as a GM, for the same reason Pathfinder isn't really up my alley as a GM anymore. :\
That being said, nothing was more entertaining than watching a McHugh's (Shadowrun's version of McDonalds) get detonated and the party face pretending to be a horrified bystander (done in a horribly botched Chinese accent)

That was one of my favorite dinos when I was a kid with that huge picturebook :v:

Yeah, character creation is insanely random in it, and there's not a whole lot of freedom, which really sucks for a supers game.
M&M and GURPS Supers seem like pretty much the only good choices for me. GURPS character creation is a lot more complex than M&M's, but I atleast think that the core systems are way better. I can't make up my mind between the two.
What do you guys think?
Did you look into Marvel Super Heroes?
