Chris Perkins, a game designer of D&D, has some videos of him DM'ing on youtube.
does anybody know of any quality videos of tabletop gameplay? game doesn't really matter, im just interested in watching a game. videos with no fat people are strongly preferred
If you're more interested in literally watching people play and not focus on mechanics so much then PAX D&D games are amusing. 2013 is probably their best one.

I want to stat Samus Aran in Mutants and Masterminds but it would feel like a tease since I'm unlikely to actually use the sheet.
When has not using a sheet ever been a valid excuse for not making a copycat for fun?

Because I don't see writing the sheet itself as fun, I just want to play Samus.
I'm playing Solaire in Dungeon World, still have the sheet to be fair.

Magical Burst just got amazing.
The party is trapped in what amounts to a public transport elevator the size of a bus. There's a demon inside the elevator slowly picking people off that they can't find. They go magical form. Random civvies think they're the demons. Three charge at a party member, who swipes at their legs with the blunt end of her weapon to trip them up. She triple chains crits. Breaks all of their legs, permanently crippling them.

you are my kind of wizard
you are my kind of wizard
You mean the ONLY kind of wizard?
After all, you clearly aren't a wizard if you aren't plotting the destruction of EVERYTHING.
Especially "team mates".

Started playing Pathfinder. A Christmas temp (who has been hired) at my workplace starting talking about it during our holiday period and I got really interested. He formed up a Pathfinder group with 6 of us (including him as our DM and a house mate of the player who's house we play in) and I love it. I have had the most laughs with in session then I have had in a good few months. Even during character creation (Our DM was the only one with experience so he's teaching us how to play) we had a lot of laughs.
My character is a 4 foot, 3 inch former pirate captain called Samuel James Swagginton (Captain Swaggy as a nickname) who has an obsession with loot. He's a fighter so he has the most strength out of the party members. The reason he is so small for a human is I decided to roll for my height. Even though it's not my most ideal height it has made our game a lot more fun and funny because of it. Our DM even allows us to detail in how we kill our enemies when they die from a critical hit.
Our party consists of;
Me (Swaggington).
A chicken who was turned into a human (what's more funny is that he has the highest intelligence because he's a magic user).
An acrobatic half-elf rouge who is afraid of heights and has vertigo.
Another half-elf Bard
And lastly an elf druid who cannot read or write.
tldr; I am fucking loving this and we haven't even finished chapter one of our campaign.

[editline]10th February 2014[/editline]

So my group wants to play shadow run.(4th ed.) and I'm pretty intimidated by all the prep work needed. Can anyone recommend a premade adventure?
Speaking of Shadowrun does anyone know if any of the supplements for 5e are out or when they're supposed to be out? Mostly Armoury and Unwired.

I don't think they're out yet, as far as I know the only major supplement that has even been anounced yet is Run and Gun, which is basically going to be 5th edition's version of Armory I believe.

Also I pretty much plan all my characters to die or go nuts at some point. Whole character concepts were created by me just because I wanted to go hero bsod.

Stitch didn't go crazy. Sorta. Except maybe kicking Knight in the balls but he ended on a happy note.

I actually wanted to make Stitch super OP so that he would live to see Hawaii and then get killed in a campaign I was planning.
