As an aside, does anyone else use overland map movement tracking/points, to keep track of time and supplies? I've been using these:

for my Pathfinder game. I used to have it calculated for the exact number of point per mile the party could travel in one given day, but it became too much book-keeping for even my tastes.
Shit, I need this. My party's traveling had been the most dreadful part of my campaign.
I don't understand why GM's pussy foot around with this issue. If someone is ruining the experience for the rest of the players, by nature of making combat balance impossibly difficult, then just tell them to fuck off and make a character more in line with the others.
If they don't then kick them out of the group and move on. Everyone is supposed to have fun more or less equally, if one guy can't have fun without constantly negating the fun of other people then he does not deserve to sit at my table.
I did tell him to fuck off and change his build. He bitched and tried to blame it being so strong on me not making the encounters tough enough(well what do you fucking know maybe because I don't want to kill the rest of the group). The thing is, 15 ranged attacks in a single turn with no penalties is overpowered no matter what game it is or how you try to justify it, when the rest of the group is doing at most 5 swings per turn with penalties based on how many times they plan to attack.
So, guys, I need to decide what to do with my players in Dark Heresy. They've received training at the Tricorn on Scintilla, and are members of the Ordos Malleus, working for a massively-powerful Psyker Inquisitor who has his own battalion of Sanctioned Psykers, and is mute.
They've stopped a small cult and blown up a Warp Stone that shat a plaugebearer out at them, and the Assassin's making a name for himself in the Underhive of Scintilla as well. The Techpriest has gone and designed two pistol grenade launchers, which are basically flareguns, one is double-barreled and highly functional, the other is single-barreled and is a piece of shit scrap metal prototype he sold the designs of to a gang, and now gang fights usually feature exploding pistols more frequently. The Arbitrator and Psyker haven't done much but train at the moment, but they'll see some action on Scintilla before the next story arc.
I just have no idea where to go from there. I could do a campaign with the Mara-Strain Psychenuin from the Core Rulebook, which would be hilarious if the Psyker Battalion got infected, or the Scientology story from Purge the Unclean, or the Apostacy Gambit, or the House of Dust and Ash. Or should I come up with something entirely original?

I'd say go original.
For added lols, throw in an enemy they've not really encountered much. As they're Ordo Malleus they'll be (understandably) expecting daemons to fight, so you might want to mix things up a bit with some Xenos
There's also the matter of in-fighting in the Inquisition which you could touch on - it seems Inquisitors spend as much time fighting each other as they do Heresy.
Well, the generator I use for the Inquisitor gave him the trait "No Man Is Above The Law". So, they might be tasked with taking out a rogue agent he has/had, or maybe even hindering another rival/radical Inquisitor?
EDIT: And maybe the rogue agent could have some Xenos connection, like a couple of Eldar Corsairs he hired out.

Here's the full thing then:

You're the GM. If he refuses to abide by your rules then you ignore him (literally if you're playing online) and continue playing. You don't need to explain why his character is negating other peoples fun; do so if you want, but then it's on him to change it or leave. Don't take shit from power trippers in your own games.

Speaking as someone that has a copy of the corebook, I would like to go on record by saying you shouldn't even try it ironically - the rules are that fucking bad.

I'll have a discussion with you guys about that, because I really wouldn't know where to start. I know I still have that Fallout test RPG in my files somewhere.

Rats, I told you fucking multiple ways to neuter my combo completely and utterly (Like tick-long perfects, which render my entire thing a big flashy waste of motes) and the fact of the matter is, you never let me fight anything even so. 15 attacks in Exalted is only murder against single enemies, against large swarms it's really quickly outclassed by the cheap AoE attacks everyone else in the group had. But the fact of the matter is, you only ever threw tiny groups or single enemies against us, AKA the exact thing I was built to wreck.
Again, I fucking told you exactly what my build was weak to. Repeatedly, and the fact is I still never got to fight a single thing after those first two sessions anyway, which means that my character was utterly pointless and that's half the reason I left that game
Also, you never fucking told me to change my build, you said 'it might be a bit overpowered' once or twice, and then I'd tell you about whatever cool charm I wanted to get next in the vain hope you'd actually let me do something cool and actually fight and you'd go 'jesus christ' and then that was the end of it. You never fucking told me outright to change it. If you'd wanted me to change things ACTUALLY FUCKING TELL ME, don't just hem and haw and then post really fucking passive-aggressively when your game falls apart because you antagonized a third of the party to the point that they quit.
That's a lot of fucks.
Believe it or not, but being scapegoated tends to make people angry
playing a system where you can attack 15 times a round sounds pretty bad

Except, y'know, the only time you'd be up against enough people that they you'd be neutered they could not possibly all be able to stand up to even a single one of your attacks since, as I recall, they all were a roll of ~20 dice to hit, and usually ~15 dice for damage. Unless you pissed off a lot of earth-aspect dragon-blooded, you're gonna be hard pressed to find a decently large group of people that can survive a single one of those in Exalted.
You were outright going to win any fight that wasn't against a number of other celestial exalts(or possibly demons, ghosts, elementals, or gods), and fighting enough of them for you to be weak would, for one, be more rare than a blood moon, and two, likely end with the entire rest of the party getting fucked up even worse. Not even a matter of "thank god finally a challenging fight", but rather, "oh shit we need to run the fuck away from this or we're going to be massacred".

d20[1] I HATE YOU ALL

I love you all.
In light of this dramatic upheaval i want to apologize to anyone if they weren't having fun during that one campaign with the battle cleric.
Gloryhound minmaxer got your DMing down? Bait the brute, separate 'em from the rest of the group, then swamp the fucker with everything you can. Have the BBEG laugh about their brilliant ambush plan. Can't blame the DM for the player not being cautious.
If you can't do that, ignore my 2-second-thinking ideas.
Guess who's watching Flash Gordon right now.

Are you kidding me everyone loved Seagon.
I think most of the non-fun stuff during that campaign was due to me still being very new to GMing. :v:
If I wasn't swamped with college and swarms of Pathfinder games I'd totally want to run something with you lot.
I'm thinking either Numenera or Savage Worlds, or Pathfinder if it's August by the time I can do something (IRON GODS ADVENTURE PAAATH)

Nah, I really liked playing with seagon, even if he was better than my character.
That was a really good party dynamic by the way.

I'm tempted to say nWoD with post-GMC rules().
But then I realize I seem to be the only one interested in playing it right now so go with Eclipse Phase().
