Where are the mod tools.
Where are the mod tools.
ruse.exe has been activated
Where are the mod tools.
While they're releasing mod tools, I hope they add an option to toggle if you can join a modded game or not.
I'm wondering if it'll even be possible to join someone who is using mods if you're not using the same mods as them.
So, by playing naturally (but completing every side-quest) I got a good 40 hours out of the game.
How many of those were actually worth doing, though? Unique stuff like climbing the bridge for its LED lights..
How many of those were actually worth doing, though? Unique stuff like climbing the bridge for its LED lights..
Side-quests are generally good
Haha, I discovered you can actually kill a zombie if you throw a flare directly at them. They need to be drenched in flammable liquid though, otherwise the impact does very little damage when they're dry. I'm disappointed flares don't ignite zombies drenched in flammable liquid, which is odd, considering flares ignite gas puddles.
Does anyone know which file I have to edit in order to make the Volatiles to spot you farther?
Oooooh man, I restarted the story quest line and instantly regretted it. Oh well, speedrun time. Edit: Now that I'm done with the main quest line again, I'm gonna do Cease and Desist and revisit the ghost of Karim. God that's my favorite part about doing sidequests after the story.
Sorry for bothering with this technical stuff, but I was wondering if my computer will ever be able to run this game decently? I'm playing with everything on lowest and it still lags (what I define as lag is less than 60 fps during normal "fights".). The specs are as follows; GPU: GeForce GT 430. CPU: AMD Atlhon(tm) II X2 260 Processor. Memory: 10 GB RAM (9.25 GB useable). OS: Windows 7 Professional. I am not too good with the technical stuff (I mostly play games. I don't know much about how good certain brands and models of different GPU's and the like are.). Any suggestions as to what I should do to improve my situation is appreciated.

Its really not a card to use with gaming at all. You can use it for non intensive games but its holding you back. Your processor is probably okay being 3.2 Ghz but its a dual core and getting a quad core processor will give you more frames. Figure out a price range and head over to PC Building and see what they suggest you upgrade too.
Got to the credits 54 hours in. Still have some quarantine zones and stuff to do though, and the collectibles.
How many of those were actually worth doing, though? Unique stuff like climbing the bridge for its LED lights..
Depends on your definition of "worth doing". Different side-quest lines have different gimmicks. Just go with the flow. Don't skip night, do all side-quests before main quests and you'll have your money's worth.

Wait, did they already announce drivable vehicles somewhere? Because that 'Thank you!' video is the first I've seen of them.
oh wow drivable vehicles, dying light has already been my biggest gaming time sink in ages and the fact that they are adding so much more content is awesome
the fuck you guys talking about
the fuck you guys talking about
They don't seem to have uploaded it to youtube so I can't link it, but upon starting the game after the patch there was a video basically saying "Thanks from us here at Techland for buying the game" with some footage, amongst which was a clip of two players in co-op driving around in dune buggies.

oh ok that's pretty damn cool where are the mod tools though
So because the hard mode was released me and my buddy started our 3rd playthrough and we haven't even yet finished the game even once. :v: And we have already 55 hours in it... After a little bit of tweaking I think we can finally play it through this time.
When I saw the bow and arrow I didn't think it was Dying Light, I honestly thought it looked more like Far Cry 2 with shit from Far Cry 3, especially with the buggy.
How is Hard Mode so far, worth starting up another game for? I'm glad they're actually adding new content to the game, they really learned from Dead Island.
Hello! I have a question; does disaster relief package stack? Like if I get 4 of them without turning them in, do I get more exp than I would if I would just turn 1 in?
How is Hard Mode so far, worth starting up another game for? So far I've liked it. Zombies deal lots of damage and are more aggressive. The amount of loot is still pretty damn high when you compare to a mod like the Survivor.
Crane runs pretty fast for someone carrying well over 100kg of stuff in his backpack. How do you even store 50 medkits and 10 on-site relief packages?
