Well this is annoying. I crash every time I walk around in falkreath hold for more than 3 minutes. I don't even have any mods for falkreath beside JK's but it was happening even before that.
[editline]18th April 2015[/editline]
Oh my god I am so pissed I didn't record what just happened. I walked by a tower with bandits in it and I saw a saber cat just ragdoll down the stairs, slide across the ground and up a mountain and then shoot off into the sky. It was actually incredible.
There should be an enchanting overhaul that rounds enchantments to the nearest 10 or 5
I don't have OCD but I think it's silly that the fortify health enchantment is like 67 at level 100 enchanting and all the perks is dumb
The Stormcloaks aren't about preserving Nord culture and traditions, they're about killing anything that isn't a nord and being prideful over the fact that a Nord became a god.
If they gave a shit about their culture then all the burial sites would be under physical protection and preservation from looters and polluters.
It's like Christianity today. No one gives a shit about Christian Culture, it's usually just boiled down to the worship of Jesus, God, and The Bible.
To be fairly honest all the burial sites and tombs you find are from the dragon era and they're filled with cursed draugr who walk around the halls forever so I doubt most of the population cares that much, especially since they tend to run off at the sight of a single walking corpse.
It is a missed opportunity though. It would have made for a great quest if you learned the draugr only awakened because of Alduin (since the people buried in these tombs were dragon worshipers) and as soon as you complete a single tomb dungeon you get contacted by a guild of conservators who ask for your help to restore peace to all the tombs, send the draugr back to sleep and possibly invest in putting some of the collapsed parts back in place so they're less fucked up. It'd even make turn undead a useful spell since it'd send the draugr back to their resting place permanently, instead of simply making them run in circles like idiots. Once you clean up a tomb, the family that owns it (if there's any, like Hilgruund's Tomb) comes back to take care of it, otherwise you send a curator/priest of Arkay to settle down at the entrance and progressively fix the tomb.
But it's Bethesda so tombs are just boring dungeons with the sole purpose of granting you words of power.
Or they're probably angry as fuck because no one will defend them, so they do it themselves.
So does Helgen Reborn add dozens upon dozens of high-level necromancers and resurrected corpses to Brittleshin Pass or has it always been this much of a pain in the dick?
The useless Khajiit I'm supposed to be "evaluating" just goes down in two seconds every fight, and freeing Zora Fair-Child didn't help any more, so it's up to me to soak up all the near instakill spells and suicidally charge everything with my greatsword.
Is there an option to tell the Korst fellow "The place was a fucking deathtrap what in Oblivion were you thinking sending us there?" Cause he's clearly an idiot sending two people to do the Legion's job.
Combat is fun if you use a shield & sword.
I was making my way through one of the bandit camps when I ended up facing off against the captain, who also used a sword and shield.
His equipment was better than mine, so I did have to jump down some platforms to give myself time to heal as his pathfinding sent him away and back to walk around to me. But the combat was pretty fun. I had to block his attacks, and I found that he blocked some of mine.
It was a pretty long fight thanks to his health, but I got a dwarven shield out of it.
Minding my own business when suddenly

Who would mod in such a thing? Luckily only Octieve San died horribly, because this isn't Morthal, Home of the Daily Massacre by Bandits.
edit: i was just checking what octieve san actually does, and apparently you can marry him
The incredibly powerful Dovahkiin has the option to marry an old, useless drunk who has no job and no real importance in the universe. What a progressive game.

What texture mod is that you're using? It's... interesting.
why did none of those videos have

Is there a Morrowind mod that makes the Hand-To-Hand do health damage and not make you heal after like 3 punches?

Sexy Solitude. It gives some much needed color to Solitude, for the nicest city in Skyrim and the center of Imperial influence, it's much too drab. Also red roofs are the best roofs.
Also I just realized the Dunmer in Sharker's video is actually a Nord.

Thankee kindly.
I love finding a mod that's exactly what I'm looking for, like this mod that lets you cast any spell from a staff.
There was a mod for skyrim I had a while back, it was on the workshop. It added a bunch of armors to the game, some were based on the armors from morrowind, there was some stuff like gilded ebony and dreugh armor and such.
I decided to get back into skyrim today only to find that the mod is gone from the workshop, with no trace. Can anybody help me find a backup or whatever? Does anybody even remember what I'm talking about?

Maybe he's 1/8th Dunmer
Maybe the other races are boring and everyone should be Dunmer.
:p

Thanks! I wonder why it was taken off the workshop.
Is there a way for me to get the parallax effect without using an enb? Or is there like a d3d9 I can use in conjunction with ICBINE?

AFAIK, ENB is the only fix right now. Parallax will work without it, but it's fucked in the default engine. I think ENBoost, which is just the memory fix without effects still fixes parallax.
man, eso gets way better when you install some quality of life mods such as the foundry tactical combat and minimap mods.
but at the same time i keep asking myself why i'm playing this game instead of gw2.

Gives me a Cheydinhal vibe. Or Oblivion cities in general.

I need to slow down on this game like hot damn
Not even twenty of these hours were in vanilla as well

and don't be fooled by the last played date. I haven't actually played Skyrim since October of last year.
I just accidentally launched the launcher when trying to mod Skyrim for the next time I play it, whenever that is.
So met M'aiq again,

sliding around in that pose.
Also, that random dungeon generator mod is pretty fun. You can get perk and dragon souls potions as loot.:v:
Would anyone be interested in helping me diagnose and/or fix a CTDing save? Give me an add on Steam if you're available. [img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/ratings/heart.png[/img]
