I like the way Oblivion handled rewards better. "You just stopped some ancient evil guy from becoming powerful and taking over the world? Here's 20 gold!" Even getting the first home in Oblivion felt like a huge accomplishment for me.
I'd rather we not turn this into ESO.
George's Wicked Easy Skyrim Money Tutorial 1. Press ~ 2. Type "player.additem f 10000000" 3. Press enter 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until your penis is fully erect 5. Make it rain, make it rain, make it rain on them dovahs
One of my favorite things to do in oblivion is screw around with the character creation system. Its possible to exaggerate features far beyond what was intended by playing around with the sliders until they glitch. No mods were used in the making of the following screenshots. This is possible on 100% vanilla Oblivion.
It's way too easy to make money in Skyrim. I like the way Oblivion handled rewards better. "You just stopped some ancient evil guy from becoming powerful and taking over the world? Here's 20 gold!" Even getting the first home in Oblivion felt like a huge accomplishment for me. But in Skyrim it's, "You made that bard shut up? Here's my life savings!"
I felt so accomplished just getting the waterfront shack in Oblivion, but in Skyrim I usually have replqced the breezehome with Lakeview Manor in that same amount of time.
I felt so accomplished just getting the waterfront shack in Oblivion, but in Skyrim I usually have replqced the breezehome with Lakeview Manor in that same amount of time.
frostcrag spire and deepscorn hollow are where it's at
I remember battlehorn castle being pretty cool. I think that's what it was called.
Which drunk mod is this?
Realistic Needs and Diseases; you can set the rate for all the needs to 0.
On the subject on money being too easy to acquire, are there any mods to add taxes or bills for your houses? Or payment for your housecarl? I could be a good way to balance out the players money if they had to pay their housecarl and fund (offscreen) repairs and such. It would also prevent you from having every house in the world without using any of them because you have to feel invested in them.
Do you mean to tell me you guys actually use the vanilla homes and not the amazing house mods on the nexus? I mean don't get me wrong the vanilla houses are great, and I used Solitude Manor as my base of operations for a long ass time. But some of the house mods out there blow the vanilla houses clean out of the water.

Once you download generic super ultra everything mansion #95379358 and it's key is unceremoniously dumped in your inventory you stop playing the game Why do I need to go into town to restock when everything mansion has it's own built in shop Why do I need to go buy food when everything mansion has infinity respawning food and plants Etc.

If I already own a non-steam copy of ES:O is there a way to get a steam key for free?
If I already own a non-steam copy of ES:O is there a way to get a steam key for free?
Some games let you use the product key to activate on Steam as well. I don't know if any of The Elder Scrolls games let you do this, though. You could just try to enter the key in the "Activate a Product on Steam" and see if that does anything or not.
another shitty follower has made it to the front page "This mod adds a new stand-alone follower Lamae." "SHE IS THE FIRST VAMPIRE, TRANSFORMED FROM MALOG BAL SHE..." god that place really is turning into fucking deviant art with it's stupid samey OCs
another shitty follower has made it to the front page "This mod adds a new stand-alone follower Lamae." Even down to the name. Now granted the follower's got a distinct case of kawaii uguu~ going on which doesn't seem quite fitting for Molag's first murderrape machine, but hey
...who found herself brutally raped by Molag Bal in the wilds of Skyrim.
gotta love that lore
gotta love that lore
does that make the rape mods canon too? :v:
gotta love that lore
Technically that's canon too. Serana and her mother both heavily imply that they were forced to have sex with Molag Bal in order to become vampires. [editline]5th March 2015[/editline] everyone's favorite mary sue just got a little more mary sue-ish

None of the other stuff though.
does that make the rape mods canon too? :v:
I don't think you could ever argue that rape and sex is non-canon, but I just don't feel that they fit in an RPG. It doesn't add much to the game that you can have sex with characters. murder adds a lot though!
does anyone know if there is a mod that makes the spiders much smaller. impossibly large spiders, does not a horror game make but small spiders, fuck no, that shit is more terrifying.
frostcrag spire and deepscorn hollow are where it's at
Felt cheating to just get them for doing nothing. Plus they don't feel very cozy
Actually, that's canon. Even down to the name.

Disoriented and enraged, Lamae began to massacre the nomads. She eviscerated the women and children, and raped the men as savagely as Molag Bal had raped her.

That night, Lamae rose from her funeral pyre, and set upon the coven, still aflame. She ripped the throats of the women, ate the eyes of the children, and raped their men as cruelly as Bal had ravished her.
[t]http://static-5.nexusmods.com/15/mods/110/images/63365-2-1425514099.jpg[/t] mind you apparently she's actually a character in ESO, and looks just as horrifying [t]http://i.imgur.com/1zdHkQl.png[/t]
jeez that's almost enough rape for three whole Song of Ice and Fire novels
Vivec wandered away from Mournhold, and began to practice his god-powers in a span of wastelands, at one point making himself less dense, so as not to sink into the earth. At this point, Molag Bal, the first corner of the House of Troubles, made himself known to Vivec, who said to him "How very beautiful you are, that you do not join us." Molag Bal summoned armies to attack the feet of Vivec, the part of him that were not invulnerable, and chained him to the earth, and married him. Thousands of sons and daughters of Vivec and Molag Bal were produced that day. They were killed later by Vivec, using his spear, Muatra. Vivec lay with Molag Bal for eighty days, though headless. His feet were restored by the legions of Daedra, and filled with Daedra-blood, so that he would never have to worry about harming the earth.
I'm gonna play morrowind for the first time, using Morrowind Rebirth and Tamriel reborn, any other mods that I should look out for?
jeez that's almost enough rape for three whole Song of Ice and Fire novels
Speaking of novels, did those TES books come out? I fucking want to own a copy of the Lusty Argonian Maid just to say I do.
