Doesn't uninstalling mods usually just screw up stability even further?
Isn't she already at 100.
Pretty sure all NPCs are at 90 or less. For some reason, putting NPCs on 100 weight screws them up a little.

If it's a mod that you've already interacted with in some way during your save, yes. Doubly so if it involves NPCs or scripts in any conceivable fashion.
Starting a new playthrough soon.
Want to go with classic stealth mage playstyle, however I do not want to start from scratch, it fuckign sucks balls.
Any ideas on how to start the playthrough then? Any recommendations, or just "advlevel 20"?
Dont advlevel it fucks your stats up because you advance in level without leveling skills.
Honestly stealthy mage doesn't work too well in my experience. Better off with the classic overpowered stealthy archer

Work on getting/cheat for Bound Bow. Why not both?

I can always modify that?

Exactly why I'm not gonna do that. Going a stealth daggery-archery character the first time was badass but fucking boring - you kill everyone in the dark and nobody ever sees you past sneak 70 level.
Anyone know the name of the mod that puts unique items at their max stat potential? I don't want to hold out until mid 50s before I go around and grab things.

Stat potential?
Is that why Harkon's sword's enchantment was weaker in the sword then it was when I put in a crossbow.

Yeah. Some items have stats based around your level when you find them (at least, that's what I've been told. I'm sure I've seen a chart or two somewhere explain it).
Use incpcs instead of advlevel then.

http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Leveled_Items_(Skyrim)
Yup, found'em. Sources (what I've found) say it levels off at level 46. Sadly, the items attributes are scaled to when you first enter the area where they're contained.
I can always modify that?
The "natural" way to level up with the console is to add experience to individual skills so that they level up and contribute to your character's total level in the same way that it would if you were leveling normally.
advskill <skill> <number>
The number is the amount of EXP that you're adding to the specified skill. The exact number required to level up is different for every level and every skill. If you want to boost a skill straight to 100, 2000000 is a safe value. So, for example, if you wanted to get 100 archery, you would type in "advskill marksman 2000000" and boom.

Yahtzee would be happy :v:
Hey guys! I'm having horrible CTD troubles with Oblivion, even with all the mods disabled. Here's my load order:
Anyone have any ideas what the issue could be?
Use BOSS, I don't think overhauls should be loaded last
Use BOSS, I don't think overhauls should be loaded last
It was actually All Natural screwing with things. But it seems like things are going smoothly now!
from the team who brought you "The Elder Scrolls IV: Hell's Just Going To Everywhere"

if someone has a PNG copy of the actual icon the game uses that'd be ideal, this image sucks scaled down
[sp]that's a shortcut to launch the game under Wine, i own it legit check my steam account[/sp]
For some reason, I keep getting a CTD on the main menu whenever I have Dawnguard enabled. The only thing I can think of to do is to just do a clean install. I'm thinking it might be caused by some textures I have manually installed. Anyone else have any ideas?

Maybe one of your mods is a non-expansion version by accident? Honestly can't think of anything else, could try disabling like half your mod list and see if it still implodes on startup.
I've disabled literally everything in the list except the expansion. This is what makes me think it might be some textures or models or something that was manually replaced by copying the folder over and isn't compatible with the expansion.

Debug messages or crash logs would be really helpful in situations like this.
Does there happen to be a 1k texture mod out there?
It feels like my skyrim is missing something (maybe the DLC? thats another story). I'm going to get this mod to see if it fills my hole

I also got that high king mod but I'm going to complete the incredibly boring civil war first.
I also got that high king mod but I'm going to complete the incredibly boring civil war first.
I tried using the High King mod once. It broke so much shit and I had to use the console to join the faction and make myself the High King instead, and even after that, tons of stuff was still broken such as the NPC commands. It really isn't a well-put-together mod.
The private home you get is wicked nice though.
So I install every mod I can find with "Populated" in the title (there's a lot).
The end result is that every time I go to Morthal, some bandits or spiders wander in then there's a massacre and dead kids floating down the river.
Also, so many dead seagulls, it's impossible to go anywhere in Morthal without walking over a dead seagull.
Does there happen to be a 1k texture mod out there?
i know theres a 2k one, will that do?
i know theres a 2k one, will that do?
No, the whole point is that it's less than 2k but more than vanilla. Anyway I just went and downloaded a bunch of separate mods with 1k options.
Anyone see conflicts or issues with my load order for Morrowind, here? I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing, but it crashes when I hit "New" on the main menu. Loading until that point is fine.

I'd love to see the attribute system Requiem had in a standalone mod. It was similar to this, but your derived stats were based off H/M/S instead of using new attributes.
