I uninstalled Ultimate Follower Overhaul but now my follower will not follow me, there is no dialogue asking him to follow me. I tried addtofaction 0005C84D 1 but it doesn't work.
Also the Extensible Follower Framework v4 is incredibly awesome.
MERGE
Started a "proper" playthrough of Skyrim - first time in a year or so decided to complete the game + DLC properly.

I'm already having fun with going bow+arrow/one handed(but in very rare cases because it's so weak that shooting arrows point-blank is more effective), Lydia being one-handed+shield and the guy in Green Lantern suit being mage, I also have invincible Chicken follower that does no damage but enemies love to target it and a Mudcrab that does barely any damage to enemies and is never being targeted. I've got Improved Archery(or something along those lines) installed as well as Immersive Weapons and Time-Freeze ability installed, but I still feel like I can add more mods to this to have more items but still not sure what. oh and Dwemer Suit that increases movement speed and carriable weight by tons but reduced stamina recharge.
It's incredibly amusing seeing a mini-boss target a goddamn chicken that doesnt hurt the boss even.
that armour is so ugly i'm desperately trying to hold my vomit
whhhhhhy
Reminds me of that fucking horrible glass armor in Immersive Armors

Yeah looks like shit in that too and certainly has no place in skyrim where NONE of the vanilla armors look anything like that.

Is that a pickles armor? I love me some pickles.

it looks cool and that's the end of this discussion; you're grounded.
also at least it looks better than oblivion glass armour.
Does anyone know if TESO will have cross-platform multiplayer? It'd be nice to team up with my girlfriend in a dungeon or something but I'd be playing the PC version and she would have to play the Xbox version because her laptop is a toaster from the Merethic Era and she can't afford anything stronger.
What's that mod that makes Cyrodiil more like how it was described in lore

they're all awfully gaudy and terrible for the most part.
Second one looks pretty decent. Wish I hadn't just uninstalled Oblivion now.

I've tried uninstalling UFO before, only to realize my mistake. Trying dismissing your followers, then uninstalling. If that doesn't work (which I think it didn't for me, that was a while ago), you're screwed.

yeah did not work, looks like I can't uninstall it rip
Did you try following the instructions?
UNINSTALL:
1) (Only If You Do Not Want To Play UFO Anymore) First dismiss all your followers.
2) Talk to Tina the Firefly on river island by Riverwood. Clicking her three times will restore default follower outfits. Save. Disable UFO. Load the save you made. Now you can go on playing without UFO from that save on.
It's generally don't recommended to add/remove big mods or overhauls mid-playthrough, but some actually have uninstall instructions to clean up scripts and stuff that would bloat your save otherwise.
wtf fuck reading
w/e everytime i uninstall something script intensive i just clean my save

I just let it build up until something explodes, it's more fun that way

I did that once and my skyrim save was 100MB
Just change your desktop background image to Todd Howard's face, it will make your crashes at least 5 times more explainable.
Was considering doing a high res draugr redesign, and stumbled into this skyrim concept art when I was on google images

Seriously, that's awesome. It's like an embalmed bog-body of some ancient warlord that rose from it's tomb, instead we got some annoying wrinkly zombies in skyrim :[
Speaking of Skyrim saves and memory, just went and deleted all my unneeded Skyrim saves. My profiles folder for MO was 42 GB :v:
This is mostly because I had a lot of saves (10GB worth) for that one Imperial character I keep bringing up. While I was deleting them as I went along, I was also constantly making copies of his save files that I would forget about since I just copy that profile when I want to use different mods.
Anyone know what happened to that TES Mount and Blade mod? I remember seeing some progress being posted here and then nothing for a long while.

Er, that's my project as well
Decided to hold off and port to M&B:2 Bannerlord, after having seen the "engine power" trailer, and am working solely on environment assets currently. Working on/releasing a warband mod right on the threshold of a huge sequel release seems like a unviersally bad idea in terms of longetivity, so expect more news and media once Bannerlord is out when I can evaluate it's tools and start porting stuff.
Orc musclehead off-screen: "Nice book six eyes!"
For some reason this post inspires me to create the orc follower Biff gro-Tannen.
"Who you callin' milk-drinker, milk-drinker?"
It probaly is just me, but I prefer the vanilla look of a game over graphical overhauls and such. I dunno what it is, they have a certain charm to them, like the vanilla look of Morrowind.
I'll install a bunch of graphics mods, like SMIM and texture mods and things like that. But the few times I've bothered with ENB, I never got it to look good, or even playable. It looks fantastic in screenshots, but whenever I actually play with it, it's just a blurfest; post-processing hell.
I think that in terms of graphical fidelity, Skyrim kinda sucks, and layers upon layers of post-processing won't fix that. But in terms of aesthetic, there's some pretty cool places. Things like auroras look great, even just on vanilla.

Come on boyos, I haven't drank any potions of invisibility, have I?
Come on boyos, I haven't drank any potions of invisibility, have I?
You did, actually. It took me ages to make out your silhouette.
In any case, as of right now, the Elder Scrolls online does not support cross platform play.
I tried to use Oblivion Character Overhaul via Mod Organizer. Khajiit had compressed faces, Nords/Imperials had no change, and elves had big text on their faces saying "INSTALL BLOCKHEAD" which I did install manually.
Argonians came out fine strangely. Do I have to install OCO manually?

Oblivion Script Extender doesn't like MO, and I haven't been able to find a workaround. There probably is one somewhere out there, though.
question
I like TES. My brother likes MMOs. TESO, as you're all aware, went pay-once. He was not interested in TESO back when it was first released and neither was I, but now that it's gone pay-once we're considering it. Has the game improved since launch? Is it more worth the purchase right now than it was back in April? I am not looking for any experience close to the TES games, just a good MMO.
he specifically likes MMOs that require a bit of socialization to get anywhere
It's improved quite a bit just over the short time I've been playing it (justice systeeeeem). Not sure how necessary socializing is though; I've just been doing solo and public dungeons so far, but I imagine fighting in Cyrodiil involves a lot of coordination, there are group dungeons and I see people looking for groups in the chat constantly, and you can certainly help out other players if you want to. I have an archer-orc with an ability that places down a weak healing field, so if I see someone getting their butt kicked I'll place it down to heal them and snipe whatever is after them.
Also the MMO stereotypes involving exceedingly rude players don't seem true in ESO, everyone I've met has been either silent or pretty friendly.
