god damn you managed to transform your Skyrim into a vaporwave album cover
edit : late :^(
so if anybody else is a daggerfall fan, amulets and armor is a great non-tes game that sort of emulates the style of daggerfall.
backstory: amulets and armor sold less than a 100 copies because it released a year after quake (while looking and playing like daggerfall with a bit more muddier textures).
also floating rocks because why not

Another great game lost under Quake's massive shadow, along with Hacx and Strife. They had the misfortune of being Doom engine games released around the same time as Quake.

Oh man, the memories!
I completely forgot all about my guy turning into a blobby squid until just now. Fun times.

My Oblivion character needed their face remade if I needed to reinstall Character Overhaul for whatever reason for some reason. Literally nothing changed about how I'd install it, but my character's face would look like I hit the randomize button a few times.

Brilliant. On another note with mod organizers profiles how can i return to the default ini without making a new preofile based off the vanilla game?
delete or rename ModOrganizer/profiles/$PROFILE/skyrim[prefs].ini
Using Skyrim with the oculus rift with virieo but the menus are the only thing kind of getting in the way at the moment. Is there any interface mods available that center the inventory menu in the middle of the screen as opposed to the left side of the screen? Preferabbly the quick favourites menu too as it pops up at the left when opened.

You might want to get SkyUI for that then.

What really saddens me is that people are legitimately turned on by such horrifying monstrosities.

Sadly the puddle did not lead to an alternate reality.

How does this game attract so many sex obsessed weirdos?
How does this game attract so many sex obsessed weirdos?
that's a question better to not be asked
I still don't understand how people can be turned on by any sort of fictional character, illustration or otherwise.
I've seen some stuff in my time and it has nothing but turned me off and creeped me out. What's wrong with the natural human form?
idk man I feel like the psychology of why people want to yiff bipedal lizards or eight titted double cocked Cronenberg monsters is a little bit outside the scope of this thread.

kinda looks like my Corruption Of Champions character
I have to wonder how mod-friendly the next Elder Scrolls installment will be (if one is even made). Part of my worry comes from the Dragon Age series. The first game was so mod-friendly that it even came with a toolkit. The second game had no toolkit but still supported mods. The third game is on a different engine and was thought to be unmoddable, but a fan-made toolkit was created, and some mods do exist for it. It's not a great trend.
Part of me really, REALLY hopes that any new Elder Scrolls/Fallout games are created on a better engine with improved graphics and animations, a less insane method for creating quests and dialogue, and a less crash-happy game, but that would also have a chance of killing the modding scene. Then again, I think that Bethesda is aware that mods make them money by extending the lifespan of their games.
Eh, maybe next time around we'll at least have shaders good enough that we won't need ENB. (And 40 GB of textures included with the game, just in case your hard drive wasn't already crying from holding Skyrim mods.)
Just tried seasons of skyrim enb and now all snow is invisible when in a blizzard
whats a more reccomended enb?

BGS games will always get mod support as long as The higher ups don't get in the way

Iirc
Bethesda have stated that outright their games are best selling BECAUSE of mod support and are FULLY aware of how much impact modders have
And for skyrim/ fallout they actually worked harder to make it MORE modding friendly.
TESVI better have actual model and animation support, I wanna make some scary ass monsters for the next game without having to force the mesh onto an existing skeleton and animations. That and x64 + crash logs.
All of the above and being able to edit at the sub-record level. Having to override a whole leveled list just to add a sword and a bow is absolutely stupid.
