That does make me wonder if anyone has done any "artsy" ENBs that are actually good. It'd be fun to play with a film noir-esque Skyrim or watercolor world or something.
This is my newest character, an Argonian mage named Ebera. The face is custom-made in Racemenu to give it a more "dragonlike" appearance and I added a bunch of overlays to make the skin more colorful. The hair is from a pack of Argonian-specific feathers, horns, etc.

Do you guys have a preference for vampire mods? I'm torn between Better Vampires and Vampiric Thirst. BV is really modular and more compatible with things, but VT adds some cool Vampire the Masquerade style stuff that I like, particularly feeding through dialogue. I definitely feel more OP as a BV vamp as well.

Just doing a really unassuming vanilla breton mage/assasin/vampire in enchanted commoner clothing, for pure magic/stealth gameplay. Doesn't seem like much, but dem' invisibility stealth kills are some Nighcrawler type shit.

She also dabbles in alchemy if you couldn't tell
I've been trying some basic ENB's (I want to retain the overall look of the vanilla game so I've disabled stuff like DoF etc). Maybe I'll modify the saturation a bit, so it looks less bland.
For a while "I Can't Believe It's not ENB" did a decent job, but I like how ENB enhances the overall look of armor. And my PC seems to handle this ENB in particular alright (50-55 FPS which is fine for me).

Another thing... is Skyrim Mod Manager inferior to Skyrim Mod Organizer?
If you're looking for a vanilla-style config I'd recommend "Undramatic ENB"

I don't have a regular non-testing character right now, but it doesn't matter because they'd be hiding behind a flame atronach anyway

Makes me wish more people would use that journal writing mod and post what they write. Some of the stories and documentations people write up are really intricate.

Looks a lot like when I edited the wrong enblocal.ini to enable it. There's one in your skyrim folder and one in my documents> my games > skyrim
and the one in my documents is the one you're actually supposed to change.
