Something I just found out. Bloodline Champions [b]is going to be free to play![/b] It will have microtransactions to buy Bloodlines, but you can also earn them via in game currency. So, sorta like League of Legends model if you've played that.

No, I don't particularly like the gameplay of this, I much prefer LoL.
I also don't like the art direction of this either, all of the characters look silly to me.

I'm not. I hate LoL. I'm saying people play it and pay for it so why wouldn't people play and pay for this? Maybe you want all the Bloodlines right away. Maybe you want the skins. There isn't a bad reason to spend money on it. You just want something quicker.
Well if this game was covered by Totalbiscuit and it's free, I gotta get it. Huge fan of LoL so it seems right up my alley.

More people have been playing it. I had near instant games in US Solo MM. Shit was awesome.
Yeah, to everyone who was thinking about getting this game, I definitely encourage it. The combat and heroes are definitely fun and it only takes like a match or two to understand each hero.
At first I was a skeptical but i'm so glad that I saw this thread, the game is free and so worth it. It only takes about a minute to make an account.
I started playing 2's with a random pubby and we did pretty well. The system sort of works like WoW's arena teams.
Played a couple of rounds last night - Good game overall. There are a lot of little things I'm not so good at yet, but the whole thing has a nice feel to it, and I definitely enjoy it more than LoL.
I just wish it wasn't so expensive to unlock Bloodlines. 17,000 each? And I get maybe 50 at the end of each match? Really?
