Beating Glutton is easy once you realize it. As soon as he blows Stone Shield he is vulnerable as fuck. DPS his ass to the ground. This goes for Thorn too.
Everyone on my team runs from him, and I get focused because Alch has no tele
And I don't think 80% damage reduc is exactly "vulnerable"
Denying thorn is as simple as dodging / negating his fungal spores and not attacking his root shield.
Denying Glutton, CC him so he loses his madness stacks.
Inhibitor is the best tank. Debuff enemy team so they take more damage, heal yourself. Trollololol all day.
I really want to try out Ravener
5k coins in under 2 hours isn't that bad

The game had an inexplicably bad rap back in beta for...I dunno. It's really great now that it's released, but it needs more US players. I'd like to start a 3v3 team with someone.

Well that's funcom for you I guess. Same thing happened with Age of Conan. I'd be up to eventually start doing 3v3, but I'm still newbie. Kind of sucks that you can't ramp up the singleplayer difficulty unless you put champions or titans or something... At least that's what someone told me in chat. Easy is far too... easy..

Funcom is more to blame for the absolute lack of advertising and attention-giving they owe the game. I dunno about the hate from the beta.

Either I do extremely well, stun bitches and heal the crap out of my team, or I get focused within 3 seconds and run around a bit before getting cut in half

I know I'm supposed to kite and shit but it doesn't help that most champs have dashes/teleports
Game feels quite sloppy, learning curve is harder than DoTA.
Maybe I should give it another shot but so far it just feels more like WoW than DoTA
so i started again after putting it off since december and i'm at level 2 loving the seeker.

Please elaborate on the game feeling "sloppy".
Also, it's not even close to WoW. WoW's PVP is just spamming all your cooldowns, hoping you get lucky (critical hits, dodges, damage ranges), plus person with better equipment usually wins. This game's combat is purely skill based though, you have to build a good playing style and strategy for the bloodline you're playing.

Started playing this morning, this game is just amazing. The even playing field makes it such a great game.
Also what affects your grade? I'm grade 6 and level 5, been just straight up raping with harbringer.
To grade up you need to play people of your grade or higher. I've been stuck at grade 11 for a long time now. I don't really care.

It is completely skill based regardless of all classes not being the same. Every attack in the game has to be aimed properly, even basic melee attacks. That is the definition of skill based because if you're not good at that and the other person is better, they are more skilled and will win.

It's much more skill-based than most games, i'll give you that, but at long as one class is even slightly better than another it will never be 100% skill based.
