Ah, that was fun. Spawn-camp-fest, eh. Kept charging out as an infiltrator with my default pistol, and almost every single time I managed to kill 2-3 people before I either got hit by a random tank shell or pumped full of lead by a heavy with a minigun. Also, fuck TR. We're doing fine, the battles are fairly even, then SUDDENLY the number of TR doubles and they just zerg over the balwark with at least a dozen heavy tanks.

TR on Matherson have been so underpopulated as of late.

the drill one is neat but the russian one is stupid. Just use real russian, and after a while people figure out what phrase means which vehicle.

I just want to see a fucking platoon of infiltrators using the stalker cloak to stay hidden at the side of a road before simultaneously uncloaking to take out a passing vehicle with explosive bolts. Any driver would shit themselves.

That'd be some insane machinima-grade material. TR Sundy convoy getting attacked by NC soldiers, some guy yells ambush and the TR dudes take up positions and then blam! Spooky VS infils decloak in the moonlight, flanking the TR. Then everything goes to hell because SOE realize that they forgot to implement the latest patch and shut down the servers :v:

Having some sort of delay on a knife attack immediately after you fire a weapon would be fine by me. You can pretty much replicate that with any weapon combo, but it's more effective on the crossbow due to it being 'surpressed' Also, I've been thinking of swapping out my ammo packs for a grenade bandoleer and using emp grenades and a scout rifle or heavy scout rifle. Good idea? Also, as part of the potpourri section Luke mentioned weapon optics being purchasable for station cash? I hope they mean things like custom iron sights or scopes that retain the magnification of other optics. Because otherwise that sounds terrible. It sounds terrible regardless unless they are just aesthetic and don't effect the sight picture much for optics past 1x.

They certainly all look the same let alone handle.

BRB BUYING HUNTER.[/QUOTE] This is why I want the new crossbows so bad. They are basically short/medium range bolt actions. 1 bolt + knife = kill no matter what. Its such great synergy with the stalker cloak, I was testing it out in VR when the patch went live and was loving it. Also the crossbow is PERFECT for light assaults if you get the explosive tip. Two C4 on a sundy, shoot with xbow to blow them up and finish off with xbow.

I think TR would suit British accents perfectly
