The revolvers don't transfer over factions, fuck :suicide: [editline]24th April 2013[/editline] Its the empty load out bug, I find it happens when you leave the VR room. Best just log out and back in, it's a known bug.
The new NS pistols does.
The new NS pistols does.
Certed one? Because I got one on my VS and it hasn't unlocked on my NC. Which sucks cause I could use an "oh fuck" pistol on my infiltrator.
Anything bought with certs does not transfer iirc.
Anything bought with certs does not transfer iirc.
I think the NS rifles do, says in the description could be used by all factions. I was taking a gamble because in the revolver description, it doesn't say it's used by all factions.
They won't transfer if you buy them with certs, only if you buy them with higbux
Dammit, oh well, just means i have to kill more vanu out of rage
Just NS, can carry a burster max in the rumble seat, probably can mount a halberd on top of it, and if so you can shove a HA in the seat and instagib lightnings, which is going to be so balanced.
wait wait wait it can carry a burster max? can it fire?
They won't transfer if you buy them with certs, only if you buy them with higbux
They said that, but my NS-11A transferred across all my characters even though I bought it with certs. I'm still not sure whether that was a bug or what though.
wait wait wait it can carry a burster max? can it fire?
Yes.
Yes.
Oh boy oh boy oh boy
Odd, you can't get light trims for scythes (the most logical faction to have them) but you can get it for reavers/mosquitos
Odd, you can't get light trims for scythes (the most logical faction to have them) but you can get it for reavers/mosquitos
'Ye damn Scythes are already a lightshow you don't need any more
They said that, but my NS-11A transferred across all my characters even though I bought it with certs. god DAMNIT i need a 3x SC cash sale now
I wonder what it'd be like playing this with the Oculus Rift, Razr Hydra and that omnidirectional treadmill controller thing.
I wonder what it'd be like playing this with the Oculus Rift, Razr Hydra and that omnidirectional treadmill controller thing.
Fucking tiring. Think of how much running around you would do. I am not fit enough for that. I can see it now. (outfit) "Hurry the fuck up they are taking b" (me) "Just give me a sec I need to catch my breath. You know what go back and get me a flash I aint walking"

We just got a shipment of new TR latex armor, the vanu ain't got shit on us now
On the bright side playing it enough would turn you into an endurance champ.
For those now wondering I am not fat I am underweight. Not really much better but easier to look at. I do go to the gym and keeping a pace is fine but the amount of time I spend on planetside would screw me over.
On the bright side playing it enough would turn you into an endurance champ.
And then the military would recruit the tops on the scoreboards [editline]25th April 2013[/editline]
For those now wondering I am not fat I am underweight. [editline]25th April 2013[/editline] Not sure if you guys have already seen, but in case you missed you can get a short peak at the upcoming buggy http://sv.twitch.tv/las0m/b/390420726 about 5 min 40 sec in
Alright, recent fun bugs that happen to me, don't know if others are affected. - Tank mines, they are uselss they don't detonate
I'm guessing you tried to suicide bomb a sundy but there was no bang. Mines don't explode when deployed under stationary vehicles anymore.
Can't decide what to roll with on medic(shotgun), flak or nanoweave. Flak helps a lot against grenades and those dumb HA's with their equally dumb fired rocket launchers, while flak helps more against annoying infils etc.

Mines don't explode when deployed under stationary vehicles anymore.
Yeah i'm a little confused about this So if you put it down on say a major road into a base, and a lightning drives over it, it will explode yes? But if you place it beside say a deployed sundy, you have to run off and shoot it for it to explode because if the sundy drives off the mine won't explode?
I always get flak because on many occasions I have thought "stupid claymore, thank goodness I have so much flak." On far fewer occasions I have thought "if only I could have shot one or two more bullets." Plus, flak isn't only for claymores.
I always wondered what it'd be like playing this game with a group of people who are in the Army in real life, and who put their real world combat experience to use in game. Would that give them an unfair advantage? Would they even be allowed to use the tactics and methods that they were taught because of security concerns etc? Just some food for thought here.
Why is the queueing bug still broken as fuck? 99% of the time it won't let me queue for continents which are full, so if i want to get on there with my outfit i have to sit at a terminal mashing the warp button for 30 fucking minutes.
I know that BWC on Mattherson is run by people who are either former military or are in active service. Or at least that's what I hear/read.

Quite a few of the officers in the outfit i play in are former marines, the only thing they have an advantage of over just a regular joe is how well they can organize things and get people doing what they need to do, the lack of clutter in communication alone is great

In this game, your life holds pretty much no value, since there are infinite of you. In fact, your life can hold negative value if you waste it walking or something when you could be respawning somewhere useful. And no, there aren't any security concerns. You can safely join the military and continue playing video games to your heart's content.
