Magnus' Empower, when cast on a friendly unit, literally adds a Battlefury to their inventory. When cast on an unit with 6 items, a 7th slot appears and the free Battlefury is placed in it.
Goblin's Greed now additionally allows Alchemist to stack an extra orb per level in the skill.

as good as this sounds, empower is better damagewise and cleavewise
Invokers Suntrike is now instant.
Invoker's sunstrike harnesses the full power of the sun and obliterates everything on the map
The ancients can now attack units, and have a base damage of 300.
Refraction reflects any instance of damage the shield absorbs in pure damage.
Enchant can now take control of enemy heroes, who are enchanted for 10 seconds. Enemy heroes under the effects of Enchant can be controlled by Enchantress and anyone else if shared units is on. All skills can be used, can hurt their own teammates and enemy heroes under enchant can be hurt by your team as well.

When Doooooooom uses Dooooooooom he shouts so loud his vocal chords rupture and he bleeds to death.
Morphling's waveform can travel infinitely through the river.
Tinker's Rearm is now passive.
Get enough mana regen and you have WTF mode.

The only problem with Anti-Mage is that he falls off pretty hard lategame. Pure damage scales lategame.

Troll Warlord hits max attackspeed immediately upon hitting someone.
Meepo's ultimate now has no level cap and can be picked at any level.
(This adds up to potentially 26 Meepos + Scepter Meepo!)
chaos knight's ult is replaced by juxtapose
Huskar's passive is reversed; the more health you have the faster your attack speed/the better your DPS etc.

I think that would make him less powerful actually.
Invoker's chaos meteor now works like suntrike but has a radius and burn duration depending on Wex, and does damage per second depending on the level of Exort.
Okay that could on be op if you solely focused on leveling wex and exort alone.
Berserker's Blood now also gives Huskar 1/2/3/4% lifesteal and damage resistance per stack. The lifesteal is a non-orb effect.

How so? Instead of relying on your ulti you get Shadow Blade or Blink Dagger, you got a very good heal and urn heals, just skip burning spears.
Remove Suntrike Delay, Manacost and Cooldown, but it does 1 damage.

Man have you ever played WTFmode Invoker, low damage infinite suntrikes is the best fun.
Break Drow Ranger, by taking away her silence. That should is really annoying.

Then he'd be completely countered by nukers. One nuke from anybody and he gets less attack speed. The reason he dominates pubs so much is because people see him with low health thinking they can kill him, when all they're doing is making him deal more DPS. He tricks idiots.
