For a very short period of time, whereas Bounty and his teammtes can chase your ass for a whole 30 seconds as well as having vision on you for that entire period of time too. If you Stampede a Riki, well he just goes invisible and escapes. If you track a Riki, he's fucked.
Stampede really isn't that good for Bounty, it works for Centaur because it lets him initiate amazingly well, he Stampedes into the enemy's face, glues them to the floor, and stomps. His ult is used to guarantee his stomps, which then after you Double-Edge them.

Oh, and don't forget that Bounty can turn around hopeless games into a stomp for you team with all that bonus gold. He balls out of control so fast it's insane because of his ultimate. Stampede can't do that.

Global bounce / range, bounces 1000 times. The projectile speed was like necrolyte's pulse, with a 1 second cool down and 1 mana cost.
I just threw for 2 minutes straight, therre were cask bouncing in every lane
